From the moment we walked into the store until the installation of the tiles and carpeting, we could not have asked for nicer and more professional people. Every person we spoke with, was knowledgeable, helpful, kind and went above and beyond excellence! We felt such gratitude for the level of service that was provided. Okay, now that all the photos have come through: Century Carpet was super-professional, and extremely patient as our two young girls picked their own carpets, and also explained what each version was and why it cost more/less. They came and took out the old padding and carpet, and put down new ones after sweeping out all that dust and dirt from the nineties! We're definitely planning to use them again when we get our own rug done!
