My new home needed all its flooring replaced. I had placed an order with a big box company. As install date approached I became concerned because previous owners' pets had ruined several areas which impacted subfloors. A friend recommended speaking with AJ Rose. After discussing my concerns with expert staff and their dedicated installer, I cancelled with the other store. Their honest and detailed explanation of extra repairs resulted in my beautiful floors and lovely smelling home.
During the install, I was confident any issues would be resolved and I would not have to worry. Installers took care of all the details and were always friendly and courteous. I would never go anywhere else after my house was transformed to a home.

I ordered a mat for an existing area rug. I did not receive a call when it came in as I had been told. I finally called on my own and learned it was ready for pick up. That's the only complaint I had. The salesman was pleasant and helpful when I went in to order it. He suggested the best mat for my needs.
