A.P. Beauregard Hardwood & Tile Co

We specialize in installing pre-finished and unfinished hardwood floors tailored to your lifestyle and design preferences. Our team considers traffic patterns and durability to recommend optimal wood types and finishes. From Brazilian Cherry to White Oak, we offer diverse widths and styles, including floating floors for versatile installation over existing surfaces.

Our refinishing process revitalizes worn hardwood floors through sanding, staining, and protective coating application. Using 24-80 grit sandpaper, we remove old finishes before applying three coats of oil or water-based polyurethane. This restores luster and extends floor longevity while minimizing dust with sealed workspaces and thorough cleanup.

We address commercial flooring needs with timely repairs for water damage, cracks, and structural issues. Our team accommodates project deadlines, coordinates with other contractors, and ensures minimal disruption to business operations. Services include industrial waxing, polishing, and maintenance for high-traffic environments like schools and athletic facilities.

Our staining process transforms floor aesthetics by applying custom stains during refinishing. We offer a spectrum of light to dark tones, using Minwax products for consistent color. After sanding, we apply stains followed by three protective coats of polyurethane in satin, semi-gloss, or high-gloss finishes to enhance natural grain patterns.

We install and maintain ceramic tile flooring with precision, ensuring seamless integration with existing spaces. Our services include subfloor preparation, tile layout, and grouting. We also provide cleaning and sealing solutions to preserve tile appearance and durability for residential and commercial clients.

John Collins 8 reviews 3 days ago We had Andre and his crew refinish our existing wide pine floors in our house, as well as install some hardwood flooring in two rooms in which we replaced floating floors. Not only were the existing floors original to the house and over 150 years old, but a previous homeowner had amateurs try to sand and refinish them. The result was quite the mess; swirls and gouges throughout the house. Andre's crew did a phenomenal job sanding and buffing out the sins of the past, the normal wear and tear, and laying down new stain and multiple coats of polyurethane.

In addition, the treads of the stairs had not been properly cared for and the buildup was super thick/. Andre's crew did a tremendous job working on the steep staircases and around all the spindles that were part of the railing. The end-result was nothing less than amazing. Based on the amount of work that needed to be done to refinish the floors, I was worried about the amount of dust that would be generated. Andre's crew did a great job cleaning up each day and prior to finishing the floors. Would highly recommend!

We bought our very first house and our hardwood floors were TRASHED. We called Andre for a consultation and he was able to start within a couple days of calling him. Lisa came and did an AMAZING job on our floors it's like a whole new house! Not only did they do a great job but they were also very informative and answered my thousand questions. Best part is when we discovered hardwood under my linoleum entryway after ripping it up Andre and Lisa didn't hesitate to get the extra space done! Highly recommend this company for all your flooring needs.

The quality of work and attention to detail is just awesome. Once the project was done, the clean up was also great. I wouldn't think twice to hire them again. Thank you very much, Andre and team.
