Went there for years to get laminate for countertops they seem to not know exactly what the warehouse has even though they're attached to it and the front people are a little unfriendly. They actually are kind of rude and homely. the guys in the warehouse are very nice and very helpful

Below is my description of my truly poor customer experience. Bottom line, I advise retailers around the area to look for a distributor who cares about the home and business owners that they ultimately serve Possibly the rudest customer service rep I've ever spoken to. After being given Wanke's contact information by my designer, I placed a call to order product through them. The rep refused to speak with me as "I am general public" and scolded me for calling a wholesale distributor. He then hung up on me, offering no suggestions around where I could turn to buy product from them.
