We needed flooring installed with low VO see options and completion of job within a tight timeframe. We were moving to North Carolina from out of state and had to get the work done before we arrived. I was really worried about not being present to choose samples and check on the work being done. Ross Sherk was our guy at Leicester Flooring and he did an amazing job for us! He went above and beyond to support us in getting this done out of state.
He drove out to the site multiple times to show us different samples and photos, as well as to meet with the install crew and communicate how we wanted things done. The install crew was great and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend Leicester Flooring and working with Ross if you get the chance.

The folks at Leicester Flooring were kind and professional. They were very prompt and replaced the carpet in my den. I am very pleased with their work and have recommended them to 2 other persons who need flooring work done.

Highly recommend! Mom loves her new stair carpet and area rug. The staff are not only thorough and professional, but also kind, patient, and easy to work with. They measured very carefully and told us just what to expect, made scheduling easy, and worked efficiently and neatly on the installation. We have been delighted from start to finish. Ours was a pretty small job, but they showed deep care for the customer and attention to detail. They absolutely deserve their wonderful reputation.

Awesome folks to work with. We went from picking out our carpet in-store, to getting a quote the next day, and installed the following week. All went very smoothly and we highly recommend! Thanks for everything!

Just want to thank you for providing us with the commercial about ' He died for me' because Jesus died for for all. But only those who except Him as the son of God will enter heaven. And those who say how can a God allow bad things to happen, remember a life of goodness doesn't happen until we see Jesus crack the skies on His return. When I'm in need of flooring you will be use I use. Thank you
