In 1949, Dalene Flooring was established. It was a dream of Arne H. Dalene and he enlisted his father Herman Dalene, to help make Dalene Hardwood Flooring a reality. In it's infancy, they specialized in hardwood floor installation as well as sanding and refinishing wood floors. In those days, many Norwegians came to work for Dalene Flooring, staying in the Dalene home. It was a very humble beginning full of family and friends working together to create a unique flooring experience for their customers.
