What a great experience and end result. When remodeling our home. We were dealing with a lot of business to update our home. Kinsey's was the best when it came to making the paying costumer their top priority. Everyone was so professional and prompt! We had luxury vinyl plank flooring installed throughout our entire home. It is a great durable product! When people come in our home the first thing they say is "Your floors are absolutely beautiful!" Could not be happier with everything Kinsey's offered from start to finish!

We did a complete remodel of our home. Kinsey's was extremely helpful with helping us find the best flooring for our needs. When our friends come visit to see the improvements we have made, they rave about the floors! They are beautiful!

We used Kinsey about 8 years ago were mostly happy with the job. So went with them this time. But not happy. They contract the work and sent one person to lay carpet in a large home. The person was never was on time usually up to 40 minutes late and stayed until 8:00-9:00 pm. I called Kinsey both days to see if they were coming. Didn't get a call back from leaving a message in the second day. Total lack of customer service.
The last day had to hurry to complete the job which caused them to not put my brand new barn door back correctly and it STILL isn't correct even AFTER I called to voice my complaint and dissatisfaction. I promptly got the invoice the next day via email and was completely shocked. No one bothered to first follow up to see if we were satisfied and if the job was done well. Later that day I called to voice my dissatisfaction and state that my doors were not properly put back.
I stated how the barn door had just been installed two weeks ago and now wasn't working correctly. All I got was thank you for calling and I will let the crew know. I will NEVER use Kinsey again and will let others know about the lack of customer care.

We've had great luck with Kinsey Flooring. They did a beautiful job installing our carpet three years ago. Our two cats had damaged the carpet in the years since then and Joe just did a wonderful job patching that damage! Their employees are all kind, dedicated and hard working.

Great experience! My wife and I recently went shopping for vinyl plank to replace the old worn vinyl in the kitchen of our house. We went to a few stores and weren't impressed and then we wound up at Kinsey's. I worked in flooring for several years on the retail side so I'm a bit more familiar with things than the average homeowner and I've got to say the knowledge and service at Kinsey's was top notch!
Great people, very good pricing, a great selection of good quality product (better than the in stock stuff at the big box stores). Did a free estimate to make sure we got the right amount of material for the job (I was upfront about installing myself). At each step they offered to give me advice if they could should I get stuck on a step along the way. We'll need carpet for other parts of the house in the next year or two and we'll definitely come back to Kinsey's!

I had water damage to a portion of my floor. Pam as well as everyone at Kinsey's were so willing to work with me to do what I wanted vs pushing me to just replace the floor like others I had contacted. They are knowledgeable, caring and professional and I so appreciated their efforts and time to help me by providing me with various options. I would recommend and have recommended Kinsey's for anyone's flooring needs. Great experience working with this local company!
