Carpet was put down 3 years ago this May. Seams were done so poorly that the vacuum has pulled them out in about 4 places. Chose a poor grade of carpet for a very high price. This was an insurance claim in the agents home. We won't be recommending Floors for You to policyholders. EVER

Picked out carpet and had it installed by these folks. They were patient and informative as we waffled back and forth between wood floors, vinyl and carpet. Installation was done very quickly after sale. Great local establishment.

We used this company at our previous house 17 years ago, great job. So, lets spend a little more money on a better product and installation. The carpet install by Terry was pretty good. However, the vinyl installation experience in the kitchen area(s) was less than sub-par at best. My wife & I sent emails and pictures of the areas of concern. I also posted a negative review. Fortunately, that received the attention it deserved. I can now say, the installers came back out and corrected our areas of concern. TY!
