Services
Our bathroom remodeling work combines detailed planning with coordinated construction under one contract. We help finalize tile, vanity, countertop, fixtures, lighting, paint, and other finishes before the room is taken apart. After demolition, we address the subfloor and waterproofing before proceeding with installation. We complete the final details, clean the space, and walk through the finished bathroom with you. 
We build shower systems that bring waterproofing, tile, and glass together under one scope. The work can include shower demolition, waterproofing membranes, shower pans, moisture barriers, tile installation, and custom glass enclosures. Each waterproofing assembly is flood-tested for 24 hours before tile is placed, while the glass is professionally measured from the completed tile surface. 
Every shower project follows a defined sequence that keeps the work organized. We begin with measurements and design decisions, then address permits, demolition, slope, drainage, blocking, and waterproofing. After the 24-hour flood test, tile is installed according to the planned layout. Finally, we complete the glass, clean the room, and review the finished project. 
Our tile installation service includes both the visible finish and the preparation beneath it. We inspect the substrate, correct flatness issues, address moisture and cracks, and install membranes or underlayment where required. After the layout is dry-laid and approved, we set tile with full mortar and leveling clips, tool the grout, fit thresholds, and seal natural stone. 
Our flooring service combines material installation with the preparation required for a durable result. We evaluate slab moisture and flatness before selecting the flooring system, then address conditions through grinding, patching, leveling, repairs, or moisture mitigation when needed. Hardwood and LVP are installed using manufacturer-approved methods, with acclimation and expansion requirements carefully maintained. 
Waterproofing and subfloor preparation are completed before the finished surface covers the assembly. We inspect substrate flatness and moisture, repair unsound areas, and establish the appropriate level and isolation conditions. Shower assemblies receive bonded membranes extending through the required wet zones, with corners and penetrations sealed and each pan held through a 24-hour flood test.
