After driving an hour to look here we felt very rushed and not very helped. I was handed a card and told to call.

Great prices didn't have the exact measurement we wanted but they had one that was double the size and they just cut it in half for us and then we got two pieces for the same price

I occasionally come in and out of Carpets by Otto. They are always quick to ask if you need help. They are very knowledgeable on multiple options of flooring and offer really good deals. I wouldn't hesitate to check out Carpets by Otto before going to anyone else as they seem more personable with their clients.

When I called, the man on the phone was extremely friendly. I was disappointed by how unhelpful the woman "helping" us was when we came in that day. I've never purchased carpet, and came in with measurements and she didn't really try to explain what I should be looking for. I asked some questions and was met with more confusion so we decided to take our business somewhere else.
