Lou started Capitol Carpet & Tile and Window Fashions with his father in 1985. He opened his first store then and has since added 4 more locations and a commercial/contract division. Steve started with Capitol Carpet & Tile and Window Fashions as a sales associate in 1987. He was promoted to store manager in 1988.
