I have used R&S in two houses for multiple projects. In my first home, they were the flooring contractor that our builder used for our hardwood. Over time we added hardwood to our family room and kitchen. Even though that wood was installed years later, everything "matched." We moved in 2020 into an older home that had hardwood floors throughout most of the house, though mostly they were "well-loved." Our first project was to remove a wall in between the kitchen and living room - and extend the hardwood from the living room through the kitchen and hallway. R&S feathered in the new hardwood with the old, and refinished everything to match - you cannot tell where the old floor ends and the new begins.

This year we had them sand and refinish two additional rooms on the first floor to match the kitchen. Their work was once again wonderful - you would not know the floors were finished at different times. Everyone we have worked with over the years has been professional, kind and knowledgable. I highly recommend R&S - and have to many friends!

Have used R&S for years. They installed 3 rooms of hardwood floors. Recently, we had issue with a floor squeak on new hardwood kitchen floor. I called R&S, and they came out twice free of charge to help repair the squeak. The first time, they tied to glue the rubbing/joining pieces, but to no avail. I called and they came back a second time and solved the problem. Thanks

R & S installed our floating hardwood den floor about 15 years ago. Last summer a few boards started to lift due to the excessively high humidity. I asked R & S to evaluate the condition and suggest a solution. The contractor checked the area in the basement ceiling to make sure there was no underlying water damage, then told me to wait until the humidity and the boards dropped and give him a call. He just finished the repair. It was quick and effective. I highly recommend them for their quality and service.
