Many places are "family owned and operated" but some feel like they are owned by the "Mason Family" they way they murder you with high prices and the lack of care of how they treat their customers. The employees at Matteo Family Kitchens are extremely helpful and patient, my wife primarily deals with Steave Matteo and no matter how many times she calls, texts or emails him, he always is pleasant when he responds. Matteos has remodeled our Kitchen, Master Bathroom and now we are getting our upstairs hallway bathroom remodeled.
They are busy so you have to expect a wait for when your job will be scheduled but I rather have a company like Matteos that does the job professionally and high quality than a company that works fast but less quality.

Have ordered and received two bathroom vanities in the past with no issues. We installed ourselves. Most recent experience we were working with someone for kitchen redo project. Received quote and drawings. I emailed the designer twice with questions and for more info, no response. We went elsewhere and are getting new cabinets, countertop, flooring and install from someone else.

Unfortunately, a recent experience with Matteo Family Kitchens, Inc. has been very disappointing. My parents ( in their 80's) received great service at first, the picking out process, etc. The service went downhill fast as there was a shortage in measured and ordered materials. The initial install was April, the error was not corrected until mid-September. Matteo's refused to compensate them for the error, scheduled and then cancelled the installing of the error two additional times, first citing the floor could not be found, after a calling and indicating the flooring was in in their warehouse, then a no show by the contractor. Very disappointing service. I can no longer recommended Matteo's.

I have had the pleasure of working with Tom and his staff. I bought new kitchen cabinets and the cabinets for a laundry room. Tom made the process easy. He answered all my questions quickly. When the cabinets arrived they were beautiful. There was a little problem with one of the cabinets. I brought it to Tom's attention. Problem fixed. He was gracious and the problem was fixed. My kitchen is beautiful and the cabinets are high quality. I did go to the local big stores before I purchased my cabinets. I went with Matteo kitchens because they are experts at what they do. I am very happy with the cabinets and the service.

Tom Matteo replaced our trash cabinet with no charge after we have used these cabinets for twenty- three years. The new one installed easily and is even better than the original. Thank you so much.

Steve really welcomed us into the showroom and put us at ease with the overwhelming process of a bathroom remodel. He made our first impression of the company very positive. We received top notch service throughout the whole process. Steve was so patient to answer each and every question and reassure us with design choices. He was so easy to work with. Chris and Norm did an unbelievable job with the craftsmanship of the shower. They were so polite and kind. We have nothing but fabulous things to say about our bathroom remodel. Thank you for making our dreams come true!

A great group of people, in our unperfected world we live in it's a relief to know that some people still care. Matteo family kitchens are truly there from start to finish resolving any and all issues that may arise during construction. My personal thanks to Tom and his staff for helping me and my wife create a beautiful efficient kitchen. I highly recommend Matteo's family kitchens. 5 stars.all the way!
