Finishes

For all finish options, we will hang plastic to minimize residual dust, sand three times, hand sand and scrape, fill perimeter nail holes, trowel fill option per contract, screen, then clean thoroughly. Apply one coat of stain in a standard color of your choice, apply two coats of catalyzed commercial sealer and one coat of Street Shoe - satin - semi-gloss - gloss.
