No Customer Assistance I walked into the Belden store looking to replace ceramic tile for 2 full-size bathrooms. I walked around store, no one approached me to offer any assistance. I lady working just looked at me like I had a disease. I understand it's difficult to get good help! There was another guy working he did have a customer however I would have never let a customer walking out the door!

I love this company! I needed tile flooring laid in 3 big rooms in a very short timeframe, and these folks worked with me diligently to meet my needs! They were all very accommodating and helpful, easy to work with, and cleaned up after themselves so nicely! It is always nice to be treated with respect and courtesy! I will use Carpetime again in the near future! My two favorite folks here are Maddie who assisted me in the store, she is great and knows her stuff, and Tommy who came to lay the flooring, he is great!

I could not be happier with my experience with carpet time. From the first time I called, got my carpet measured, to visiting the showroom and picking my carpet, the entire process was no hastle. I got a price right away, no games like I had experienced somewhere else. Meg was great, the installers were great.
