J & S Flooring was established in 1991 by William Pierce in the coastal town of Georgetown, South Carolina. Mr. Pierce opened this store with the knowledge of 40 years experience in retail flooring. Seeking retirement in 1994, Mr. Pierce struck a deal with his nephew Gregg Pierce of Charleston, SC and J & S Flooring manager Dewey Sisk to purchase the business.
Gregg and Dewey used their 50 years of combined experience in flooring to develop rapid growth in the local market. By providing a complete line of hard and soft surface flooring, combined with superior service, J & S Flooring has grown to become the premier flooring dealer in the Georgetown area.
