Although he saw the job that needed to be done, he suggested a carpet that was totally wrong for the job. In addition the job is sub par! I would give a zero I If I could! Save yourself money and trouble and aggravation! Go somewhere else

Owner might appear to be super friendly. But in reality is a scam artist n a big crook. He stole $12,500 in 2016 from me. I took him to civil court and won the case in 2018. This owner shouldn't be allowed to do business where he hurt consumers by stealing their hard earned money for his own greed!

Direct Carpet owner is nice man to deal with. However, his contractors should not be installing floor. Bad workmanship. Tries to hustle you for extras such as carpet removal meanwhile i had paid to remove and replace! I had to pay extra. Will never buy from Direct Carpet. It took exactly 1 month to rectify basement apartment. So i had tolet tenant not pay monthly rent! Never ever again

This store has been around for 20 years, they moved from the corner of victory and manor to this smaller location a few years ago. I needed carpet to be replaced quickly and Martin (the store owner) showed all the options and installed the new carpet on the following day. Very pleased with service and prices. Everything was done exactly how we discussed. I was not home when the job was done and when I got back I was very satisfied. I wish more small business were like this place. Highly recommended.

Although the owner, Martin is very nice, be sure to get EVERYTHING he tells you in writing. He provided carpeting for my rental property and told me the carpet he is providing has 8 year warranty, he will re-stretch it if needed, clean the carpet every year while under warranty. He hired a sub contractor to install the carpet, they promised next day installation but installed 3 days later. The finished product was not good.
Loose ends and loose carpet. I called the owner and told him and he said that they can come in and re-stretch but can not have furniture in the room. I said that we will do it when the tenant moves out. When I called 1 year and 2 weeks after installation he tells me there is a 12 month limit on the labor and carpet cleaning is an extra charge. This was the first time he mentioned this. All i will say is get everything in writing before paying.
