DO NOT use this company. Keith Hansen who goes by Casey Hansen Is a con man who does not pay his employees. No one is paid on the books so he can get away with it. He will promise a job done at a certain date and take weeks longer than agreed to. He also will try to get more money out of customers in the middle of jobs. Will leave all of the trash from the job that is to be cleaned up and taken away.
You will call him to see why he is taking way more time to complete ( if your lucky) the job, and he will make up any excuse possible and promise after promise that he never plans to keep. I'm warning anyone that is considering him for a job, DO NOT EVER use this company, Casey Hansen and his brother are like used car salesmen and a liar politician had a love child.

Would highly recommend this company for wood floor refinishing. They were very professional and accommodating to work within our time frame. Received estimate and job finished all in under a weeks time! Our floors look amazing and we love them! Thank you Lawrence and his crew for your hard work and dedication, all at an EXCELLENT price!

We booked and put 50% down in July. Our work was only done this past week (started on 9/5) after phone calls from my husband inquiring as to when it would be started. The wood was delivered 2 weeks before they started and they wanted to deliver it in our kitchen, but we have a 3 year old and we told them that wouldn't work--so they left it in our garage.
They didn't tell us how long it would take to complete the project. They didn't put up plastic to separate the rooms before they started working. My entire kitchen and master bedroom was destroyed due to dust and no work was done in the kitchen or the master bedroom; it should be noted that the master bedroom has a door that should have been closed the entire time.
They had to take out some tile and there was a lot of random chips in my living room; luckily, no one was hurt. There is a weird residue on our wall. They told us with a couple of hours notice that they would be putting polyurethane on the floor that day and we wouldn't be able to stay home for the next 3 days. Luckily, my husband was home so he was able to pack some stuff up for us otherwise I don't know what we would have done.
A little communication goes a long way and, unfortunately, they failed in that department. The work was done well, although now that we're not cleaning up the dust storm that was left in the house we are finding more and more imperfections/holes in the wood. Needless to say, I'm not ecstatic with this service.

We recently had Hanson Flooring install Hardwood throughout our entire house with the exception of the bathrooms and mudroom. We are very pleased with the results. A big thank you to Mike for the coordination and wonderful service that he provided and also Jason and Robbie who did a great job on the installation of the product.

The installer did a fabulous job installing the hardwood in a timely fashion. My "floor" looks GREAT! Problem encountered when he removed the quarter rounds and replaced them. He FAILED to fill the holes & misaligned one. It was IMMEDIATELY noticeable when I walked into the room. After a few calls, few emails to include pictures; the installer never showed up to fix the problem.
Although I was told someone else would come; after 4+ weeks of a no show / no call of the original installer; I declined. My advice to an interested customer; assure to get the removable & replacement of items in your contract.
