Nice floors, they got alot of samples, but what I didn't like was when I had to return some extra flooring they made me wait a week and mailed me a check even though I paid in cash.

Horrible. Bought a new house that needed carpet. They told me it would take 2 weeks to get in. So at 1 week and 6 days I tore up old carpet. It took another month after that for it to arrive. So my 7 month pregnant wife and 2 year old were forced to live at her parents until 1 week before she had baby. The installer was excellent and worked nights to get it installed and did a great job. After 2 weeks carpet strands started to pull up in 3 different rooms.
They sent someone over to look at it and basically told us they would do nothing to fix it. So 2600 dollars later I have a junk carpet that left me homeless and will need replaced after a year. Worst business I have ever dealt with. Not sure how they are still open to be honest. I would never deal with them again.
