For 80 years, Weaber has been proudly committed to the lumber industry. Established in 1941 by Walter H. Weaber, Weaber has grown from a small local mill into one of the nation's leading hardwood manufacturers. In 1971, Galen G. Weaber assumed ownership of the company. Galen's objective for the mill was to increase profits by maximizing grade recovery through modernization. He also established value-added offerings in hardwoods throughout the 70s and early 80s by creating premier programs in Oak and Poplar.

Weaber lumber in lebanon, pa distribution 2 left me go saying I was to slow that was not so. There is no organization, 4hey lie to you saying its a secured position and the managers and supervisors are not organized or well educated enough to give direct orders. The machinery is older the father time. Also the environment is filled with temps. All of them are not permanent employees. No direction or morals to tell u what needs to be done. When I started they told me a forklift op. Mope stuck me into production. Liars they are.
