I have been very happy with the price and service for vinyl and carpet for our rentals for the past 15 years. Always fair and friendly. They are my go to for all my flooring needs.

With the help of my salesperson, I was able to select the perfect color and style within my budget. My experience working with Angie was great. She assisted me every step of the way and was able to quickly problem solve for an installation issue. The situation was handled and my carpet looks beautiful.

We had hardwood flooring installed and it was done very professionally and fast. The floor looks amazing and is very durable even against our larger dog and her toe nails. One small issue with post install support where we needed to have some molding done around the fireplace which took quite a while and required a few follow up calls by myself. Still not enough to tarnish the overall experience.

I would highly recommend USA Flooring. I needed to find quality flooring on a tight schedule and they worked with me to find exactly what I wanted and made sure that it was delivered in a timely fashion. Mr. Lewis and the whole team were very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. And the floor is absolutely beautiful! USA Flooring will be my go-to for future projects!

I just chose new flooring for the entire lower floor of my house. Angie Johnson was the Sales Consultant who assisted me. She was wonderful, knowledgeable, patient. She explained the differences between the types of flooring. Allowed me to take a couple of samples home to look at them in the space. She was very particular when she came to measure the space and I received a fair price. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Colin Harrington did an excellent job with our custom rugs. The whole process was very easy and the work was done fast.

Blake and Nick are always so helpful when we call with an order, and as a busy company that is so appreciated. They both have been a huge help in selections, options, and the purchase process from start to finish. Excellent customer service!

Horrible experience and the contractors were unprofessional and did a lousy job.

We had a great experience in working with Emily. The selection and options were great and it was only a two week turnaround from ordering to installation. We are so pleased!

Guys did a great job helping us out at the show room and were clean and quick installing. Floors look great!

Do not use this flooring company. The floor material and laying of primary floors looks good so far. The work was just done so time will tell. BUT, they trashed our house. Paint chipped off walls, gutter downspout dented (from bringing in carpet I assume), urine and feces all over bathroom floors and toilets, guest bathroom toilet left in middle of floor (they were responsible to reinstall), hardwood installed dirty, carpet installed not vacuumed. And, worst of all the quarter molding on our hickory hardwood floors looked like a 5 year old did the work. And, when approached to lodge our complaints, Anthony, the store manager, minimized our complaints, made every excuse in the book and stated that he didn't see a problem with the trim work, continuing to make excuses and blame the previous owners for the trim work quality. What?!In other words, blame for the workmanship was handed off to anyone but USA Flooring.

We had to pay someone else $1000 to repair the shoddy work. Toward the end of the conversations Anthony offered to have someone come in and "take a look at" the molding and make any repairs they deemed necessary. After how they treated our home, USA Flooring will never step foot in our home again.

I am thrilled with my new Pergo vinyl plank flooring. It could not be more beautiful and pleasing to the eye. Nick, the assistant manager, was so great to work with, so patient, kind, considerate and understanding of all the issues involved. The installation crew was great. They were dedicated to doing a top notch job, and they delivered in every way. I considered several flooring companies and got several quotes, and I am so happy that I chose USA Flooring on Capital Blvd. to do the job. Excellent in every way!

I was recommended to USA Flooring by a realtor friend. I had gone to another flooring store, but she told me that I would save money and get better service here. She was RIGHT! We saved several hundred dollars on better quality carpeting than we had originally chosen. Scott spent a couple hours with us, helping us to find the perfect carpet and vinyl.

He kept in touch with me to let me know when it would be available, and checked in after it was delivered to make sure that we were satisfied. Customer service and quality are exceptional.

Our excellent service began with Anthony, who came out promptly to give us an estimate on our wood flooring replacement. We soon scheduled his team to come out for the installation. The installers were also top notch, moving our furniture very carefully and cleaning up after the install and wiping down the floors. The cost, installation and overall experience with USA Flooring was great! I would highly recommend them for your flooring needs.

I may be a little hard on retail sales people having been in retail sales for years., but Paul at this location is by far the worst customer service person I have ever dealt with. His word means nothing, he has a very indifferent attitude, and he will out and out lie to you. It's not the time it is taking to get the flooring that was prepaid in December, it's the constant follow up and his refusal to keep me informed. Paul has told my wife on 3 separate occasions that the flooring would be ordered that day and This past Friday after she called he finally ordered it.

I only know that because another salesman told me this morning because Paul never called my wife back. This morning Paul called to tell me that Mohawk has discontinued the flooring that he said was very popular and in stock when we ordered it. Back to square one I guess but hopefully with a real flooring company!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I called to schedule a measurement. I worked with Anthony. He was incredibly efficient. I'll go back the next time I'm looking for flooring

All in all, great experience shopping for both flooring and carpet. They have a huge selection to choose from. I was in the market for cork flooring for our basement and carpet for our upstairs bedrooms. The asst manager, nick, was helpful and very patient and personable as I labored over a multitude of options and several visits to make my selections. Install when smoothly and scheduled shortly after my order arrived. Carpet selections spanned budget options all the way up to Stanton and others.

This company helped quite a bit to take care of an issue with my floors before my family moved down from D.C. David came in on a Saturday evening and work very quickly. Wes was very helpful in facilitating the process.

! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! employees at this stores are RUDE to you. they have no idea what costumer service is all about the moment i walked to the store they made me feel unwelcome this is not the only store where you can get flooring. There are plenty of stores in town where they will treat you like a costumer. this people do not deserve your business.

I highly recommend USA Flooring for their products and outstanding service. About 8 months ago, we were shopping for new carpeting and laminate. They had a great variety at fair prices. We selected a carpet remnant of superb quality at a price installed, below what the big box stores wanted for plain boring carpet. Instead of plain laminate, we went with a cork product.

Both feel luxurious under foot. As for service, they get an A+. They installed on time as promised. When we did have a technical issue recently, they came back, fixed the issue, no back talk, and did us right. (No they aren't paying me for this review. I've had bad luck with other flooring contractors, and USA Flooring is a sigh of relief.)
