Universal was recommended to me by several Orlando realtors. They have all of their customers listed with phone numbers on their website. I never had a problem with them at all. Don't believe everything you read. Check their business references. They are pretty impressive. I checked them out first and they were valid including Universal Studios. It's upsetting to see people write things that are not true. You can tell they are just out for the money. Thanks for a job well done Universal!
