We had an excellent experience at Towne Carpet. Our salesman Chris was super responsive and knowledgeable. He was able to order the carpet we really wanted and they were very flexible with the installation dates. We had two different install crews come out on different dates and both were excellent. Very friendly, professional, and hard working. The result is virtually flawless. Our carpet looks and feels amazing. Don't mess with the big box stores, go see the local guys who get it done right. My experience at Towne Carpet was excellent. They were able to get us accommodated in the short amount of time we had to work with, despite being extremely booked. Camron was an awesome salesman and pleasant to work with. Tiffany very helpful and detailed. We look forward to returning to Towne Carpet for future services.

This is a very well stocked and accomodating business. Their work crews know what theyre doing. Charlie, especially, has been lying flooring before most of us were born. They have access to a seemingly endless supply.of materials.

Chris is FANTASTIC to give advice to a first time home installer. Incredible service. Incredible pricing compared to another well known store who did not stand by an original quote (hint, they're out past 20th street). I felt like I got my own free class on floor installation! Go here. They are honest, work with integrity, and I really do believe they have the best quality for the best prices (and I shopped around).

Chris, of Towne Carpet, must be the most knowledgeable, flexible, flooring professional available. When the wood I had ordered had a problem, he was on the scene. When they put down my Berber carpet, he advised. When the specially chosen, amazing installers! put down my rubber gym floor, Chris was right there. Dale, the owner, was fabulous. I highly recommend Towne Carpet.

The first review is for hiring Towne to replace flooring in two restrooms at our office. They did a great job- the installer worked diligently with the plumber and our maintenance person and got everything done over a weekend. 4/5 stars no problem The 2nd review is for getting a quote for new blinds throughout our office. Penny came out and said we were to receive a quote via email.

No emailed quote. We have called several times with no returned phone calls. We moved our business to Budget Blinds who came out, gave a quote on the spot- very professional and has kept in constant communication. Very disappointed.

I am so very happy with Towne Carpet! They get it done which I appreciate! I live out of town and one of my rentals needed new laminated plank floors and Chris was able to get the job done in a timely manner and the price was awesome. This is my new company for all my flooring needs!

We are rebuilding in Paradise and I chose Towne Carpet to supply and install our flooring, after researching with their competitors. The reason I picked Towne Carpet was because of the excellent customer service Andrea provided. From the first time I talked to her she was proactive and made inquiries on my behalf instead of giving me home work. Our job was complicated as our manufactured home was not complete. Andrea came up to Paradise and measured for the job before there were steps.

The flooring installation was smooth, the price was fair, and the care that Andrea showed all the way through the process was exceptional. Thank You Andrea. You made my life less complicated!

They fail to communicate well when it's installation time. A family member had many failed attempts dealing with installer arriving on correct day and time.

I walked in to Towne after looking around at 4 or so other carpet stores in town. Gary met us with great questions to get to know what would fit our needs. He explained carpet characteristics in such an easy way and answered all my stupid questions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. We picked a few carpet samples to take home. He took my contact info and never contacted me to pressure me to buy.

I loved that. The carpet installers (George & George, a father & son team) were punctual, clean, friendly, team-players, and worked until their job was done. I am 100% satisfied with my carpet selection and the installation is perfect.

The staff, and by "staff" I refer specifically to Penny, is terrible at Towne Carpet. For that reason, while I did find what I was looking for in their showroom, I will never attempt to do business with them again. Let me rewind -- went into the showroom and Penny was helping me out. I made an appointment with her about a week after that to come to my home to give me an estimate for flooring.

When the appointment day came around, she never showed up. There was no call. Nothing. I waited for over an hour and then went down to Towne Carpet to return some flooring samples I had checked out (that I had hoped to go over with Penny). I told the man taking care of my samples that Penny never showed up to our appointment and he said Penny WAS IN THE BUILDING.

He walked over to her and under his breath said ".missed this one." She walked over and said she forgot about the appointment and had been out of town. For a business that has supposedly been running for over 60 years, I expect better customer service. What a disappointment. Penny, you just lost Towne Carpet thousands of dollars in business.

Our new carpet was installed while I was at work. I came home to find THE WORST carpet installation I've ever seen. There was a huge hump in the seam, there are gaps where the carpet meets the wall because it was cut too short, and they used tack strip where metal thresholds should be. I know the business as I worked installing carpet years ago. If you like bloody feet from stepping on tack strip and novice installation, Town Carpet is the one to call.

Have had nothing short of the best service possible EVERYTIME I've used Towne Carpet--they're the best.

If you want to step back into the early 80s be sure to come to town. They give you one price that's not broken down by room. Service was rude even though I purchased over $5,000 worth of carpet I had to move all the furniture myself. The installers were great but the sales people at Town. I won't be back and I won't recommend them. Their billing is also handwritten. They're operating in the Stone Age!

Very disappointed with the service from Towne Carpet. We had our flooring installed 2 years ago and it took over 6 months for the flooring to finally be installed correctly. There were constant problems from the beginning; floor boards being cut too short, not being connected correctly, glue not holding, etc. After all of the problems, the floor settled and has been okay (not perfect by any means) and now 1.5 years later, it is gapping all over the place.

After calling Towne Carpet, and them sending a Mannington rep come out to inspect my floor (only for him to tell me it wasn't the flooring material but the installation be the problem), Towne Carpet has still not resolved the issues. It has been 4 months since the Mannington Rep has been here and I've called several times and left a message for the manager, but still no contact has been made. My floor looks crappy and they have made no attempt to resolve the problem.

The staff was really attentive and friendly.enough for my bf to say "you should get on your yelp app and give them 5 stars!". We needed a carpet match and the gentlemen working actually spent some time finding us a nearly perfect sample. We went to a few places that afternoon and this place had the best customer service. Literally everywhere else went something like "we don't have a color like that, sorry." And sent us on our way with no direction. Townes took the time to help us figure out a solution, despite not having a real perfect match. but hooked it up with a free sample pieces for our living room. Definitely returning and Going to recommend this flooring business to everyone I know who needs it.

Towne Carpet is awesome. Henry is so wonderful in helping us meet our deadlines and being incredibly accommodating to tight time frames. Respectful, courteous service from all technicians. Highly recommended!
