Steve, of Texas Flooring, and I came on to each others radar about 5 years ago, as we performed overlapping and adjacent projects for a mutual client in Great Hills in northwest Austin. Its not often ( unfortunately) that you run across like minded individuals who promise then deliver great customer service. Steve has performed excellent work for my client base, which includes my family and close friends. Steve was amazing to work with! We had to replace our flooring due to water damage. I had already purchased my flooring and had trouble finding a reputable company that would install it since the flooring wasn't purchased through them. My neighbor is in the construction industry and referred me to Steve. He came out right away and did a beautiful job!
I had many many questions throughout the process and he was always polite and thorough with his responses. He also communicated with my insurance company when they had questions and pointed out items in the claim that I should have been reimbursed for. Can't say enough great things about him!

I have worked with TFC for over 20 years on at least 6-8 projects ranging from simple flooring to medium complexity renovations including kitchen and bath. We return to TFC for their honestly, reliability, quality and cost. Each project is always completed on time and Steve always communicates every step of the project. It's rare to work with a vendor that is as responsive and accessible as Steve. He's the best!

LOVE THIS COMPANY! This company has done two jobs for us at our homes and we couldn't be more happier with the outcome and especially with the customer service! The first floor was a wood plank tile throughout the house and we loved it! It over exceeded our expectations and helped us sell our house for much more! We also loved how the owner came out and was very professional and proficient with his quotes, as well as answering our questions.
He also came and made several walk-throughs to ensure the job was going on as scheduled. The contractors were very professional and carried out each day from start to finish without disrupting the living environment. It was as if they were not even there doing our floors! This is true for BOTH occasions of getting our floors done! They also remodeled our master bathroom and got the job done on time and did an amazing job! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TEXAS FLOORING COMPANY!

We had a really good experience with Texas Flooring. The guy in the office, Chris, was really helpful and didn't try to upsale us at all. He gladly came out to our home to give us a quote and measure. They did almost all of our 1300 sq in home and a year later it seems to have been put in correctly and it really made our home look great. We had them put in both laminate flooring and carpet.
The prices were very reasonable too compared to all the other places we looked into. I don't remember the name of the man who installed the laminate floor (all by himself), but he was a very nice person.
