Gary did a terrific job refinishing our wood floors. He was easy to work with during quoting, and he was a pleasure to have around the house. He does great work, so he's got a busy schedule. Book asap.

I had hardwood floors installed in a new construction 3 years ago. It bubbled and warped almost immediately. I called or visited at least 6 times, leaving with unfulfilled promises in each hand. I have since moved on, but not before selling my house at a discount due to needed floor repair. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHODDY WORKMANSHIP

I had carpeting installed by Superior Interiors and the seams in 3 places are very visible and frayed in two places. The fraying started within 6 months of the install. Also the carpeting came loose on the stairs, but I had my husband fix it. Still, I liked the look and wanted to use a local business again so I visited the store to get some bathroom flooring.

The owner came out to measure for that job and I asked him to repair the seams when working on the bathrooms. He then ghosted me, I stopped by the store twice to ask about the quote and the nice you g woman there was perplexed and said she would give him the messages. No contact from him. I am now shopping for upstairs carpeting and am reminded that the carpeting Superior installed was warranted. It's been 3 years and the carpeting is so badly installed it should be replaced. Again, I called and talked to someone who would "pass the message" on. Nothing. I'm likely going to sue for replacement. Don't use this shop, they do very poor work and have zero customer service skills.

I've had Superior Interiors do ceramic tile floors, showers, and kitchen backsplash, as well as carpeting. I've ALWAYS found them to be courteous, neat, and willing to accommodate any schedule that I threw at them. And their work was always done on time and without any issues. I would absolutely recommend them and their work.
