We've had both floors and stair done by Sterling Carpets, from old carpet to beautiful red oak wood. The workmanship is excellent, with an attention to detail. Mr Kim and crew are incredibly hard working. Kevin Lester, the salesman was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier with our new floors. The entire experience was superior to working with a big box store.

I needed a small patch of carpet replaced. Kevin, Bruce, and Alan did a fantastic job facilitating the job, asking all the right questions, and making sure everything got done quickly and efficiently. Ricardo did an amazing job on the replacement, taking carpet from a closet to match the existing carpet and replacing the closet carpet with a near-match.
His craftsmanship was top-notch. My wife and I can't tell where the patch is, and the new closet carpet looks excellent, too. I'm really pleased with their work, and look forward to using their services in the future!
