Our business started as a leading supplier of rug care and cleaning services. We then extended to include water damage services and sales of brand-name area rugs and installation of all flooring products.

We can help you design your ideal bathroom; including a custom made shower and tub! Pick out everything from your grout to your tile pattern and let us do the rest. We have an interior decorator on staff to assist you in all your backsplash and flooring design needs! From mosaic sheets and subway tiles to deco pieces and ropes; we have everything you need to create a backsplash that fits you. We are a locally owned business. This means we've gotten to know our neighbors over the years, and even made some friends along the way.
Bryan is originally from Wilmington. He came to Greenville to study business at ECU and decided to stay when he met his wife. He started with FSF in November of 2015 having had no experience in flooring. Tim took him under his wing and Bryan quickly discovered a passion for the business and working with people.
We are a full line authorized dealer of carpet for all of the top brands in the carpet industry, both Commercial & Residential. We only use the best padding in the industry under your carpet; every floor is quoted with 8lb. 7/16 thick memory foam rebond padding to go under your carpet for the best feel.

My wife and I wanted to replace the builder grade carpet that came with our home we've lived in for four years. After a lot of research and help from Bryan at Full Service Flooring we decided on a luxury vinyl and set a date for installation. When the day arrived and the vinyl was installed we were shocked as the manufacturer had sent two different colors versus the single color demoed at the store. Bryan worked with us and the vendor to not only quickly find a resolution but to offer flexibility around the second install date. Needless to say the results are wonderful and we couldn't be happier. We'll be using Full Service Flooring for all future flooring needs.

What a great experience! I recently purchased a house and needed almost all of the flooring replaced. Cory and Bryan were extremely helpful during the whole process of picking out floors and even some design choices. I ended up going with LVP in the main living areas and the softest carpet in the bedrooms. The installation only took 2 days which is crazy.
I've had friends install flooring and the installation took a week or more. Overall it was awesome working with Full Service Flooring. They've completely transformed my house. I highly recommend them!

We have been working with Tim for quite a long time on a variety of personal and restaurant business projects. The latest included flooring in our residence and then our vacation townhouse. Carpet and LVT. The staff thankfully made some suggestions and provided samples for us to take home and we made a decision from that with amazing results. Choosing flooring is always intimidating and scary, but we chose wisely and now they really feel like new homes! Exceptional selection and customer service! Every staff member treated us like family from start to finish. Have waited a few months since my flooring was installed to comment and I still am happy beyond belief! My salesman who was Bryan, was so patient, informative and kind. He worked with me for 10 months as I made my decision. Thankful for the internet so I could research and ask him more questions! Only 1 he couldn't answer, so called the manufacturer and answered my question the next day.
He did the measurements of my home, so polite, my very spoiled dogs liked him. He made sure the crew who installed knew about my dogs, then they made the plan of how to accommodate my needs while they did the whole house installation. They did a fantastic job! From the day I walked into this store to the present, I have not one bad comment. I checked other places and returned here. I am still thrilled with my flooring, no regrets and highly recommend this business. You don't feel like a customer here, you feel sincerely like family.
