Stunning work. We just bought our house and we were a couple weeks away from moving in and once the prior homeowners removed their furniture we saw how bad the floors were. The refinishing work that was done was nothing less than amazing. A true master at his work. The floors are beautiful. I have posted pictures of the before and after of my dining room and hallway.

We came home from vacation to find our hardwood floors were damaged due to a water leak. Based on Yelp reviews I gavevBrad a call. His quote was very competitive. Do to the condition of the floor, Brad had to resurface over 1100 square feet of flooring. The quality of work was outstanding. I would highly recommend Rich Hardwood.

UPDATE: After an awesome job installing our floors, we ran into some issues. First, the wrong trim was installed because of a miscommunication, and then the replacement was messy due to a dull blade. Next came an area where the floor started to buckle as Fall set in, and then got worse as we moved into winter, and then really bad because of a very small leak that left water on the surface floor for a couple of hours (didnt get under the floor).
At the end of the day, Brad was awesome and came back out and fixed the trim and the floors. Its the follow up, standing by your work, and customer service that matters, and this is what you get with Brad. ORIGINAL REVIEW: We hired Brad to do our hardwood floors in our home in Monte Rio. He removed all the old nasty 1970s carpet and installed new hickory floors.
He did an amazing job transforming our home into something entirely new. The floors are stunning. Brad is a very conscientious and professional person, who clearly communicated the progress of the floors, letting us know when an issue was uncovered and how it could be addressed. In every case he was able to manage the issue without any extra costs. I would highly recommend him. His prices are very reasonable, but you get amazing value for the quality of work.

He's a total professional. Then, when we moved and got a larger place, Brad really outdid himself. We let him offer some creative ideas and he came up with the most beautiful entry floor medallion of grape clusters. He did this complex project on time and on budget with gorgeous craftsmanship, and as always, provided fair and competitive pricing. He also had to match some pre existing hardwood floors and did them beautifully with some lovely creative detailing. Brad goes above and beyond.
He takes his profession very seriously and combines the best of being a great technician with being a creative idea man. He deserves ALL of those 5 stars and we recommend Brad Rich to all our friends -- the ones we REALLY like :

Brad of Rich Hardwood is top of the game! He put in a gorgeous hardwood floor in in our home in Healdsburg and it is truly breathtaking!
