RI Floor Planing Company is a 10 star. When we interviewed Mike for the job we knew immediately that he was going to do a wonderful job just by how meticulous he was and his knowledge in explaining what he was going to do. We were spot on in our decision. Mike went above and beyond my expectations. He and his crew did a fantastic job. They are very professional, great personality, easy to talk to, polite and extremely hardworking.

They refinished 3 huge rooms, staircase and hallway. Mike is so professional. He is so meticulous that he looked at every inch to make sure it looked perfect. He answered all our questions and explained them in detail. They followed their timeline and were on time everyday. If we could give 10's I would! Upon meeting Mike the first time, we instantly knew a friendship was forming! Mike, his son, & his brother were so nice! Didn't think twice leaving them in our home for 4 days-from beginning to end. I was unsure about using oil or water based but Mike listened to what I wanted and provided the perfect choice! I am very happy with the work Mike and his crew did on our bedroom floors. The floors came out better than I expected. They were friendly, and punctual. You can see in the photos below that they were able to retore a natural wood color evenly across the floor. Mike quoted us a good price for the work he and his crew did. He didn't go over that budget. I would recommend!

I contacted Mike and within a half hour he responded to my message! He could not have been nicer. Our floors were scheduled and then due to other work in progress I had to change our start date. Mike was so accommodating! I also asked a million questions both by phone and text and he always responded quickly. Then the floors.the most amazing job! Everyday he left he sent photos of the work performed that day.

We just had Rhode Island Floor Planing Company refinish the oak floors. We weren't physically there at the time, so it was really important to find someone we trusted with our keys and our new home. Mike was such a pleasure to deal with. He even sent us pictures with updates on our floors before we asked for them! What contractor does that? We were so impressed with Mike's work and professionalism.

We've never had hardwood floors before, and Mike took the time to provide guidance and educate us on our floors so we could make decisions regarding stain and finishing-and we're so glad we followed his professional advice, because our floors look great! He removed some tough stains from our floors and filled in holes from the previous owner, which we really appreciated. We received quotes from multiple companies in the Warwick area before we decided to go with Rhode Island Floor Planing, so we knew their prices were more than fair. I was extremely pleased with their work. My floor came out beautiful. Mike and his crew were friendly, professional, very neat, and timely. They really cared about their work. My floor was old and in need of some repairs prior to refinishing. They took the time to make sure that the floor came out perfect. I recommend them without hesitation.

We have had Michael and Anthony install wood flooring for us twice over the years and we couldn't be happier! The first time was in 2005 and just this week they completed a second installation in our upstairs of ~600 sq feet. These gentlemen are true experienced craftsman and they are the only people I would *ever* call for hardwood services. Their prices are very reasonable and the result is absolutely first class!

Mike and Anthony have transformed my recently purchased home into a a beautiful and stunning comfy home. When my fiancee and I purchased our home the hardwood floors and stairs needed a lot of work. The floors were all scratched up and worn. Mike and Anthony showed up on time every day and were very responsive through the whole project.
