Very professional and helpful today in helping my grandmother who had to get new carpet, but was very restricted by her apartment complex's terrible policies about not allowing the carpet placement in a furnished apt. Richard went the extra mile for an elderly women who needed help and for that we are forever grateful. Unfortunately, it took us escalating to social media before our requests for paid services could be considered, all was corrected soon after that.
Thank you for a job well done today Richard and colleague and thank you to Jeremy for helping us understand the complexity of the situation with a very quick social media response time. You all were much more helpful than the employees that answer your phone, hopefully that can be improved.
