After our initial consultation with you, the next step is to figure out what exactly we'll be doing. When it comes to complete transformations, the possibilities are pretty endless. We can work with you to create any style bathroom you can dream of. From modern to old world style, if you can dream it, we can build it!
First thing we'll do is figure out a plan to see exactly what you're looking for, down to every last detail of your specifications. From there, we'll get to work to deliver you a kitchen that not only looks stunning, but is also one that can be easily used. Just let us know the direction you're looking to go in, and we'll put our team to work.
Sometimes, it's more than just a singular room that you're looking to change. You may be able to find enough in your entire house that you're not happy with. Perhaps you're looking for something that's a bit more modern. Or maybe you just want to live in a house that is a better reflection of you. No matter what the reason is, you feel like everything is calling out to be completely overhauled. While these projects may seem daunting in theory and too much to handle, it's actually not as challenging as it seems.
Now that we've talked about what we can do for the interior of your home, let's take a look at the exterior. While it's important to give off a good impression with the inside of your house, the outside is actually the first impression anyone will have. And so you want to make sure that it is an impression you can be proud of.

Absolutely love our shower remodel by Mike and Melissa. Mike did amazing prep work cutting no corners in preparing the space for the new shower. Some wall studs had to be reset to make the walls straight and the floor had to be leveled and the drain moved. Mike walked us through tile selection so that we could get a good product, and made design suggestions we had never thought of.

He was always responsive in returning telephone calls, kept the work area clean, and protected walls and floors in the house as they worked. What is behind the walls unseen is of the same quality as what you see. I feel that he paid the same attention to detail as he would have if he'd been working on his own home.

Mike is highly professional and tackled some intricate tile jobs in complete master bath and two other baths. His work was of top quality dealing with marble and several different ceramic tiles. Some of the tile patterns were intricate and required someone of Mike's ability to make it turn out right. He also laid a handmade wall tile in kitchen that requires more than a typical tile person. Besides the quality work he is very nice and friendly to have around.

We truly love our bathroom and are thrilled that Mike and Melissa were able to bring our design to life. Mike has a good attention to detail, and we especially appreciated his ability to line up the veining on our marbled porcelain tile. He also does a great job focusing on tight, straight grout lines. They were very responsive to our initial inquiry and got a reasonable estimate quickly. They took a damaged, outdated and moldy bathroom and made it something we're proud to show off.

Let me start out by saying I am Ocd to say the least. Mike and Melissa focused on making every process of this remodel a pleasant one. From the start till the finish they helped me more than I expected for a company to do. I am in a wheelchair and everything had to be customized. Mike is Ocd as well and does your job as if he was in a competition for quality not just to get the job done. Melissa in her free times is constantly cleaning and keeping things organized. I, over the years, have employed many to do projects but this experience was the most enjoyable and less stressful that I have ever experienced. My wife and I have become friends with them on a personal basis as well. You will not regret your decision to let them take your project on.

We had a small corner shower and a large whirlpool tub in our master bath that no longer suited our needs. We found Pro Tile Design LLC online and received a prompt reply to our inquiry from Mike. He came to our home to discuss the job and later met us at the tile store to advise us as we considered styles and colors. Once that hurdle was cleared, the demolition to the existing bath began.

This was a floor to ceiling demolition, so not only was tile involved but also sheetrock, flooring, painting, plumbing and electrical work. Mike and Melissa do everything themselves except the rewiring, but the knew a wonderful fellow named Dale who took care of that part. They were very careful to keep the mess contained and protected our hardwood floors and furniture as much as possibly from the dust and debris.

They cleaned at the end of every day and hauled off all the rubbish. They were always quick to reply to a text if we had a question. They even let me help a little, and I'm pretty good with spackle now! Patience is required during a project like this. Along the way, there were issues to resolve (in our case, covid related delays on the cabinets, incorrect and missing parts for the vanity top), but Mike and Melissa worked diligently and helped us overcome the setbacks.

At the end of the master bath project, we had some flooring left over and they installed it in the downstairs bath while they were here. We now have a beautiful master bath with lots of storage that will suit our needs for years to come. (See the before and after photos to witness the transformation.) I highly recommend that you give them a call and consider Mike and Melissa at Pro Tile Design for your next project. They do excellent work and we love our new bath!

We used Professional Tile Design to completely strip and rebuild our Master Bath. Mike was wonderful to work with. He lent his expertise to us from design to completion. He held our hand during the stressful times of figuring out what we wanted and in choosing the products from the best companies. We are so glad we had Mike on the job! We love our bathroom so much that we held an "open-bathroom" party to show it off to our friends and neighbors. Everyone was very impressed. Every time we use the shower, each of us says this is the best upgrade we ever made to any house we have had. Thanks Mike.

Mike and his wife were great to work with. He was patient and guided us through product options with our partial master bathroom remodel. The shower and tub turned out so well, we are having him back to do the floors and vanity. Here are some teaser pics. I will post more when they get done with the rest.

Melissa and Mike are first and foremost are trustworthy people who care about greatly for the customer and wants it to show in their work! We had other bids but so glad we researched further and decided on the team of M&M (Melissa and Mike), Professional Tile Design. Their quality workmanship, knowledge, professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service proved this to be the best choice we could have made!

Wait until they tell you about WEDI warranty and their labor warranty! Melissa and Mike transformed our shower and changed the faucets on the dual sink in our master bathroom. They also replaced the linoleum in our upstairs guest bathroom floor with tile. Mike is talented beyond belief! These were funds well spent! Thanks to Melissa and Mike for a job much more than we could ask or think.

We had a fiberglass shower removed and replaced with a walk-in tiled shower. This project also required removing a full-height wall and replacing it with a half-height wall. The final result is shown in the pictures. Pro-Tile Design did an excellent job. Mike had some suggestions as the project developed that improved the final result. The quality and craftsmanship were topnotch. Mike and Melissa were a pleasure to work with. Mike was responsive to inquiries throughout the entire process. Mike and Melissa were a pleasure to have in our home.

We could hear their laughter and conversation during the day; making the need to have workers in our home much more pleasant. This is the second project Mike has done for us (kitchen backsplash previously), and we would highly recommend Pro-Tile Design to anyone.

My parents hired Mike to install wood flooring in their bedrooms and a walk-in shower in their bath. The experience was unprofessional from the get-go and rapidly declined on the first day of work. Despite my mother's repeated attempts to obtain a full invoice of the materials required, he never presented her with one even though he asked her to go and pick out and purchase the materials for the work.

How could she possibly know each and every adhesive, trim, etc and their square footages? I have never encountered a contractor that didn't invoice their work or materials for a job, or have a contract written up explaining client and company responsibilities during the job. It's like my parents had hired some joe off the street to do their remodel.

As if that wasn't bad enough, he only provided verbal quotes for several of the materials and when it came to the actual price for the items, they were 25-50% higher than the verbal quote. A proper invoice would have kept that from ever happening. My parents kept commenting how odd the whole process was. We should've seen the obvious warning signs at that point, but we were all trying to give him the benefit of the doubt.

He even tried to talk them into a different tile design because as he said, "any flaws would stand out". They wanted subway tile! That's about as basic and standard as you can get! If that's too difficult for him to accomplish without flaws, he has no business doing tile work! My parents weren't living in the home they were remodeling, but had moved some belongings in.

He kept asking them for a key to their home or to leave the house unlocked for the upcoming work. Unlocked is just ridiculous! This isn't a half-built home and they have their valuables inside! He wouldn't leave his home unlocked when he's not there. Asking a client to do that is ludicrous! They weren't comfortable with giving him a key either.

They wanted to be present at the house while he and his crew were there, which they explained to him each time he asked. Mike had already admitted that he just fired one of his crew that kept arriving drunk to work. That really helps you feel confident in the owner's employment choices. Despite that entire situation, it's my parent's home.

They have every right to be there when a crew is working on it. We worked the schedule so that I could be present when my parents could not. We set up a separate space for us to be in while they worked. There should've been no problem. I'm sitting in the driveway in my truck alone when he pulls up for the first day of work. He got out of his truck and approached my vehicle stating that he, "had been wanting to have this conversation for awhile now".

Mind you. I have barely even spoken to this man since we first met at the Home Builder's show. So, I'm like."ooookay". And there he lays into me about how my parents don't trust him and he's offended and that he feels like he's being "babysat" because someone will be present during the work. I explained that he needs to discuss this with my parents.

Yet he continues to unleash on me about his opinion of my parents and chew me out for the situation. And when he finds that I am going to defend my parents instead of side with him, he claims I'm twisting his words around! Then he gets really mad and he storms off to his vehicle and tells the poor young guy standing there with, "see ya" and drives his truck away with all the materials my parents just paid for!

My parents arrive five minutes later and I explain what's happening. He drives back up to the house and tells my parents that he wants to talk about the situation another time. That he will call them. It was obvious that he didn't want me present for the conversation. So then he says he will unload their materials and I offer to move my truck out of the way.

Once I'm in my truck, he approaches my mother and tells her that I'm blowing things out of proportion and I misunderstood him! Is this man mentally unstable? The whole thing is unbelievable. I was just there to let him in the house. I'm not his client, I'm not the one he was upset with, and he feels the need to verbally attack me.

Thank heavens we found out what he's like before We got further into the job. I would NEVER recommend this company. The owner has temper issues. I don't know if something is going on in his personal life, but it's wholey unprofessional to take it out on clients.and their daughter who was just there to let him inside the house, for heavens sake! It appears he wants access to your home when you're not there, and he won't do a job unless you let him have it. Beware!
