Absolutely the worst! Apparently this is the only company that Lowes in Monroe uses to do installs. They lack professionalism and their communication stinks. They "no-showed" for my measuring appt this morning between 8-12. After two phone calls, they finally called me back and gave a lame excuse about scheduling issues (even though my first call was at 7:45 am to confirm with them).

If this is how they do business, I don't want them installing carpet in my home. I am now communicating with Lowes about getting a refund for measuring fee. And sadly, Lowes has lost our business on this job.

Jeronimo and Jose spent four days in my condo, installing over 1100 sq ft of luxury vinyl plank flooring. I found them to be very professional and accommodating throughout every phase of their work. I was also very impressed with Jeronimo's ingenuity and craftsmanship to correct a major blemish when he uncovered damaged walls at the baseboard area on the steps where the carpet was removed. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen and Pro Home Services to everyone.

Wow, where to begin. I stopped in Lowes in Mill Creek/Snohomish to look at carpet. I picked out the pad and carpet for my family room and office and scheduled a measurement with Pro Home Services which Lowes contracts for the service. On 06/13 "Jeremy" from Pro Home leaves me a voice mail and that he wants to get me on the schedule for my measurement.

I immediately called him back and received a voice mail and left a message. No call back, nothing. I tried him twice again on the 14th and 15th and nothing. Today, I dropped into Lowes and let them know of my frustration and they tried calling Jeremy and received a voice mail that he is now on vacation. Unbelievable. 6 voice mails into this jerk and he does not return a single call and then goes on vacation. Lowes directs me to contact Pro Home Services directly.

I speak to a young lady and let her know my frustration. She tells me they are booked solid and she can get someone out to measure my rooms on Friday the 24th of June. One full week after Jeremy first reached out to me. I became frustrated. The kicker is that she tells me that Jeremy will be coming to do the measurement and they are backed up because he is on vacation. UNREAL.

The million dollar question is why is Lowes contracting out with a hack outfit like Pro Home Services. Clearly they do not know how to manage their personnel let along hire enough staff to manage the business Lowes throws there way.

We had a backsplash installed at a rental in the Woodinville area. Great work, good communication. Very accommodating with coordinating the tenant's schedule and ours. If only all independent contractors were this professional. We will definitely use them again.

We have used Pro Home Services in the past and recently hired them to replace carpet and flooring, and to provide ceramic tile installation in both bathrooms. They were efficient, neat, very careful of our walls and furniture and did a beautiful job. The ceramic tile is just perfect and we are thrilled. I highly recommend this company.
