Pride-N-Mine Flooring

I booked David due to his good reviews. But now im left leaving a one star review on my experience. Apparently Covid is "alleged". I let David know I was sick with Covid and needed to reschedule. I feel absolutely awfully sick. IThis was his very disappointing response (see screenshot). So many family members were lost to Covid. It is very REAL and this is totally disrespectful to all those who lost their lives to this.

How can you believe In the flu yet Covid just is "alleged"? I wouldn't let this man in your home. He lacks the care of others. Even though I tested positive, he said that he was fine with it and wanted to still come in, so if I allowed him in, he would come into YOUR home and infect your family and children. So gross and maddening! I'm sure David will write some defensive and "mumbo jumbo" response back but NO I cannot support a business who lacks the care of others and dismisses all the lives lost to Covid with propaganda of it being "alleged".

Great response! And on time service beat everyone's price, very pleased with work and customer service. Would I use them again or refer them out, you ask? Even though he left his jacket! Hell yeah! Thanks guys for coming through doing exactly what you said you would do!

I had those guys show up and patch my carpet. They did ok job but a 3 days later carpet start to lift where they fixed. When they came back they start blaming on my Roomba that it was lifting carpet or my dog tore it again or other excuses. He was rude and almost shouting at me. Watch out for them. He was telling me I need to work around his schedule, I have a job too and we need to find compromise on the time.

Now I need to hire somebody to fix what they did. Response to his comment: Roomba was going over this age for 2 years after I had this carpet installed. Carpet manufacturing approved Roomba for cleaning! If my dog tore a second time it would be much more tear. 2. He was talking all the time when I tried to say a word he kept shutting me down and saying he is talking. 3.

It just needed to be tucked properly. 4. He never gave me a specific time just said we will be there because we have installation job. This is not how to do business. But the point is not all of this, the point is DO YOU REALLY WANT TO HIRE A COMPANY WHO INSTEAD OF OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKE TRIES TO FIND AN EXCUSE NOT TO FIX IT!

Our experience with Pride-N-Mine has been a fantastic one. They came to our house and spent over two hours assessing our floor and what needed to be done. They were very detailed, patient and did not come across as a company that just wanted to make a sales pitch. Afterwards we agreed on a fair price (including quality materials and labor) and ultimately they did a wonderful job.

We have absolutely no complaints about their work. They showed up on time and were very very professional and honest in their execution of the task. They even had to fix up other carpeting issues for us free of charge. All in all I rate this company with a 5 stars. I will recommend them a million times to anyone who needs their services.

We had an exceptional experience with Pride N Mine Flooring! Upon first meeting David, you can tell you are dealing with someone fair and honest which was important to us. He doesn't try to up sell you. He simple helps you choose the best product for your needs within your budget. His crew are top notch. They kept us informed every step of the way.

The install was quick and professional. When David says, "Don't worry about anything. I'll take care you." He means it. We replaced carpet in our entire upstairs portion of our home and the staircase leading to it. I can't find a single complaint with their work. Everything looks amazing for a great price and great quality. Pride N Mine Flooring is the place to go for you flooring needs. They will treat you like family.

I found Pride N Mine through a Google search and by reading reviews so I'm doing the same for the next person who is looking. We needed carpet replaced in a house we were listing for sale (so we were in a hurry). David came out and met with us the next day and had the carpet in 3 days later! And it looks beautiful. And the house sold the following week.

Pride N Mine flooring did an amazing job replacing the carpet throughout our house! David was extremely helpful in helping us select the perfect carpet and padding for our home. He even contacted us to let us know that he over quoted us $250 ( this was after we had already put a deposit down)! He is a very honest business owner. The crew was amazing also.

They were very meticulous with their work and clean up. This is the second time we have used Pride N Mine and we are so thankful to have found this company. Would definitely recommend!

We are very happy with our flooring. David and his crew were excellent. We had our dinning room and foyer floors done, it came out flawless. We are planning on changing flooring for our entire downstairs in the future. We will definitely use Pride N Mine Flooring again. Highly recommend this company.

David was great! He came through with short notice to fix an ugly bleach stain on the carpet before my son got back from his business trip. I was very pleased with the end result; it was seamless and matched perfectly. Plus Pride N Mine Flooring offered excellent customer service with reasonable pricing. Awesome from start to finish. Got a quote, ordered the flooring, dropped the hardwood off at the house to 'acclimate', a few days later the crew showed up on time and got to work. Every inch of flooring in my house was replaced and it looks great. Wood, carpet, tile and vinyl. They did it all and it was perfect - and I am a perfectionist. David puts me to shame. David and his crew worked so hard to make sure it was perfect - from prep to finished product to clean-up.

So many compliments! Worth every penny and more. I did a total remodel of the house and the Pride N Mine flooring contractors were by far the easiest to work with. Highly recommend.

I'm so happy I chose Pride-N-Mine to do my floors. The company is appropriately named as the business really does take pride in their work. The owner, David, takes the time to answer all questions and he follows up very quickly when he receives an email or call. As a small business owner, I know how hard it is to find great, dependable, trustworthy employees and David has been successful at that.

His employees are all of the above. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves which in my experience doesn't always happen. Should you choose to work with Pride-N-Mine you won't be disappointed. They do a great job for a fair price!

David and his team are amazing. My first quote from another company for doing hardwood installation in my master bedroom and living room was $6400. I then contacted David and he did it for $2200 cheaper. However, not only was the price better, but it was apparent that David knew his stuff. He explained the challenges for laying the new hardwood and also educated me on my options.

For someone who is not handy, I appreciated him walking me through the process. I would highly recommend David and his team for any of your hardwood or carpeting needs. I also had a small bump in my carpet that the builder did a poor job on, and David stretched it out like new--no charge! His employees are also very polite and detail-oriented.

Two weeks ago David installed amazing laminate flooring in our townhouse, approximate 1000 square feet. I chose David and his company to install our floors because of his amazing attention to detail and the other reviews we read online. We scheduled an at home consultation, where David was completely upfront, honest and thorough at inspecting our current flooring.

He identified potential issues with the sub-floor, based off his decades of flooring knowledge and didn't beat around the bush. His price was very competitive and more important was backed by his warranty. Once the floors were installed, I truly understand why he called his company Pride-N-Mine because his attention to detail was amazing. It rare to find contractors that stand by their work, David was a true professional. I will not hesitate to hire David again for our future rental rehab properties in Athens, GA.

I recommend David and his staff for all your flooring needs. I had a small project that no one wanted to handle because it was not going to produce them the really big bucks. I had a small bathroom off the kitchen that I wanted flooring put into. But I contacted David and from start to finish my job was completed in 24 hours, His staff was knowledgeable, clean and professional. I will be using him for future jobs! Thanks David!

Great service from the initial quote to the installation and followup. Their quote was the best and David explained all the choices in detail. Cannot recommend this company highly enough! Our carpet looks fantastic and the installers did a wonderful job and were very personable. We will definitely be using them for all our future flooring.

I was extremely pleased with the work that David and his team did at my house. They installed rubber flooring for my exercise room. The work is flawless. We live in a high-end, upscale neighborhood and as a plastic surgeon I pay extreme attention to details. If you were looking for someone to do an excellent job for you, I would highly recommend them

David and his team did a great job replacing my mother's 20 year old carpet floors to LVT and tile. Not only was he patient with my mother in finding what she wanted in her house, but he was a perfectionist when it came to installing the tile and vinyl. Communication was prompt and thorough each day of work. He was very upfront about costs and possible add-ons for the tile installation as this process is very precise.

David took care of re-carpeting our house while we were living out of state for a period of time. What should have been a very complicated process was made so easy thanks to his flexibility and willingness to help. We found the right color, he adhered to our crazy timeline, and we couldn't be happier with the results - from start to finish. The price was incredible as well. We highly, highly recommend David and Pride-N-Mine!

Installation was 100% and fast! Everything came out better than we expected. I've known the owner for over 5 years now and has installed carpet multiple times for my offices. All carpeting has held up as promised by the owner at my offices so I called him back for my own house. Pricing was cheaper than Home Depot and I believe I got a much better quality carpet and pad on top of that. My wife has mentioned the amazingness of the carpet on her toes and suggested we could sleep on the carpet if we needed to. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

David has done 2 jobs for us. The first one was a new roof. After hail had damaged our roof, David removed the old roof and installed the new roof. David did a fantastic job. The roof looks great. The neighbors even commented how good the roof looks. Hope we don't ever need another roof anytime soon. David would get the job. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT ALSO.

Job number 2 was carpet reinstallation. Heavy rains left about 3 inches of water in our finished basement. Having to work with old and dried out carpet, David did a great job reinstalling our carpet. When we get new carpet, David will get the call to come back to do another great job. DAVID'S PRIDE-N-MINE DOES TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. Again the price was right.

Great work, detail oriented, talented, doesn't cut corners, cleans up after himself! I first met David of Pride-N-More when I needed someone to adress the bubbling vinly floor in my kitchen & bathroom, after the general contractor I had hired to renovate the house failed to return and make things right. (It was a new-type vinly product and GC had little experience with it.) David called the vinly manufacturer before deciding on a plan of action.

The floors were totally replaced and reglued. They still look great a year later! After that, I used David to do carpentry and other non-flooring work on a couple rental homes I manage. I am a real estate broker and investor, and David has earned his way into my good contractor list.

David did 2 jobs for us and we could not have been more pleased. One of the jobs was repairing a botched Home Depot install, and a month out of warranty, Home Depot wanted $80 just to come out and look at it. David recognized the problem right away and made it look as good as new. I would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

David at Pride-N-Mine is the kind of of contractor you look for, but don't always find. He's responsive, detail-oriented, flexible, and focused on making the job look perfect, no matter what obstacles are encountered. Yet his fees are definitely reasonable. Apparently he does take pride in each job as though it were his own home.
