We are very happy with the flooring choices we made. The store has a large variety to choose from and staff were able to answer all my questions. The customer service was excellent, from the showroom to the desk to the installation. If I ever need flooring again, I will go back to Premiere Flooring in Lebanon.

Had carpet installed in three bedrooms. They were very helpful in helping pick out the carpet and it was installed within a week. The installers were great! Looks fabulous! I would highly recommend!

Went to premiere and picked out my vinyl and carpet. I was having my floors done in Sweet Home while I was still living in Portland. I realized that I had not written down where I wanted carpet and where I wanted Vinyl. I called and talked to I believe the owner and told him I wanted carpet in the living room and the 3 bedroom, every where else I wanted vinyl.

When I came back down I discovered they had put carpet in the dining room. I went in to pay the balance that I owed and told them about the mistake. They wanted to charge me $700.00 to take the carpet out and replace it with vinyl. They would gladly pay for 1/2 of it. The office manager came to look at what had been done, he told me he ask my husband and he told him to put carpet in the living room.

I guess the man that measured the floors (the office manager) did not see the sticky marks from the tiles that had been there before, also he didn't notice the built in china hutch or the light that is suppose to hang over your dining room table. Not very happy that now I have carpet in my dining room. I wonder how that is going to look in 6 months? Now on to the installer he was fantastic. I have never in my life see such a great job.

Horrible service and experience with Spencer the owner. He said he would come out and measure for Carpet on Christmas Eve and could install Christmas day. Needless to say, that didn't happen and when I called to find out why, he cussed me out and told me to go elsewhere. I went to Carpet One in Albany and got great carpet and service.

I am very impressed at how Chris and his team were able to guide me through the process of choosing carpet and vinyl plank flooringfloor were affordable and look amazing. They also installed it ahead of schedule and on budget. I couldn't be happier with their work.

We have a small house and we used Premiere to put in a floating floor over the two bedrooms, the dining room, the kitchen and the living room. We prepped the area by removing all of the furniture and the quarter round trim and Premiere took two days to install the floor. We put new trim back in and it looks amazing as if the old house had this floor all along. Everyone at Premiere were helpful and fun and I really felt I could trust that I was getting the best advice and service
