Planet Hardwood

I went in to planet hardwood looking for a match to some hardwood floors I was patching for a kitchen renovation. We found a match but it wouldn't fit with the tongue and groove of my current floors. We went with something that fit but was slightly different. I was a little doubtful it would work but it looks amazing. Ira was amazing, and helped me pick out a match that not only fit perfect, but looks and blends amazing! You can't even tell the floor was patched. Thank you Ira, my floors look great! I will be back for my living room floors next! Thank you!

Excellent customer service! They acted quickly to rectify a mistake in shipping from the manufacturer by sending me the correct piece even though it was not their mistake to begin with. I highly recommend!

Ira and his team at Planet Hardwood are fabulous. Their knowledge about the products is as a vast as their selection. The pricing on shipping makes shopping from out of state a reasonable option. My first choice for flooring!

A great show (room) is the best you'll get at PH. A slippery, inexperienced salesperson coupled with products that don't match samples (I mean night and day) made my buying experience a disappointment. Ordering from them is a gamble.be ready for lots of story telling and attempts at personal connections to distract you from the fact they won't stand behind their products. If they had just followed through on their commitments.this review wouldn't exist. Did I mention SLIPPERY?

We bought our solid hardwood flooring from Planet Hardwood. The quality was amazing and so much better than any junk at Lumber something or other. They were patient while we decided which wood variety we wanted and very helpful with how to use the nailer and how many nails were needed. We felt supported by them at all times. We will never buy from anyone else. These folks rock!

Thank you to everybody at Planet Hardwood for all the help with our new floor! They walked us through all the various products available in their showroom, where they have everything including solid and engineered wood, and much more. After we looked at multiple rounds of samples at our house, they worked with our installer to make sure the finished floor would be great.

All I can say is that I wish they were in California only so I could bring my clients to experience their vast, organized showroom and fabulous, knowledgeable customer service. Peter, the owner has an encyclopedic knowledge of the product he sells and Diane his wife has a designer's aesthetic that will prevent the buyer from making unnecessary mistakes.

One time I was trying to save money by purchasing a substandard product from another company for myself. I would never do this again. All I can say is that they are the best and I like that they are a green company. You won't be disappointed.

My Husband and I have gone back to Planet Hardwood in St. George, Vermont for the second time. About 8 years ago we purchased a beautiful wood floor for the main floor for our house. They recommended a very skillful installer who did a fine job. This time we went back to them for a solid wood floor for our bedroom. Again they recommended an installer who did a great job for us.

We cannot say enough good things about Planet Hardwood. They have an excellent facility where you can view wood samples very efficiently. They have a huge supply of many different kinds of excellent quality wood. Their customer service and support is the best. They are always available in person or on the phone to answer any questions.

Great prices and service. They, believe it or not, beat the prices of the big boxes and national chains and provided the personal service associated with a mom and pop business. Could not be happier with them and will use them again for my next project.

Went to this place because the prices were good, but you get what you pay for.
