The driving philosophy of Omega Floors is "People over Profit." What this means to us is that making relationships are more important than the profit margin. This value extends to each person we come in contact with, whether it's the delivery guy or the CEO of a fortune 500 company. Each person has value and matters to us.
Omega Floors was founded in 2013 after the owners, Julie and Jason Jones, felt a "nudge" to start a flooring company that was different from the average. With the help of a few key people, and a lot of prayer, they opened Omega Floors. The idea was that Omega would stand apart and the goal has always been that people would be held above profit and the overall customer experience and quality of installation would be held paramount. From our beginnings in 2013 until today, Omega has kept to the value/philosophy of "people over profit" even in the commercial flooring world.

We had a excellent experience with Omega flooring. They providing old flooring removal and new flooring sales and installation for our company showroom and conference room. I would highly recommend Omega Floors to anyone! Not only is the quality of their flooring top notch (at a reasonable price) but their customer service is excellent too! If you have any questions or problems they go out of their way to help you. We ordered their luxury vinyl flooring as well as their carpeting and couldn't be happier!

I can't say enough good things about my entire experience with Omega. Start to finish, Omega exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in to their office I was treated as family. Julie and Jason, the owners, are so down to earth and helpful. Jason came out to measure my house the same day I came to get a quote. Julie was amazingly helpful and patient about all the logistics of the job and helping pick out the perfect product.
The rest of the staff is SO nice and professional. Aside from their amazing customer service, Omega did a FLAWLESS job! I had glue down vinyl plank flooring installed in my whole house and carpet on my stairs. They leveled out uneven floors to make everything more "open floor plan." They custom painted my shoe molding and every piece of the floor and cut/molding was installed PERFECTLY.
This kind of service is something the big box stores don't offer. ALL of the installation guys were so nice and sweet. I loved having them in our house. You can tell they REALLY know what they're doing. They are professional, kind, FAST and talented. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Wonderful company. First they recommended the best products for use with a wheelchair and walker and then they went out of their way to ensure that the transitions from carpet to wood floors were seamless to make using a wheel chair or a walker very easy. Price was also very reasonable. Everyone involved in the process was very friendly and helpful.

To say I'm happy would be an understatement. The flooring is in!!!!!! Baseboards are almost done. It looks way better than I could have ever imagined. My wife and I recently had new vinyl flooring and carpet installed and I must say that It was a great experience! Jason did an awesome job being patient with us as we couldn't decide on a color or type but with his help we finally did. The young ladies on the phone were great when we called several times with questions about the installation (it was our first major flooring purchase since we moved in). Joe and his installers were amazing!
They were very professional and personable, going out of their way for us to make sure it looked perfect. Really great guys, we were kinda sad that they finished so quick because they were fun to talk to. Overall tremendous experience with Omega Floors and I have and will continue recommending them to everyone.

Positively first class work by first class people! We couldn't be happier and they went above by doing a few special requests. Since I'm an engineer by trade, I asked them to do some special things when installing and with out question they complied. Great bunch of people from the office staff to the cleanup crew!
