We were very pleased with Millworks. Becky was extremely helpful in picking out out flooring ordering and staying on top of scheduling, etc. Steven did a great job installing flooring on our stairs. He was prompt, personable and very good at his trade. He was respectful of our home, always informed us of what's next and cleaned up each day after working. This is the second home we've had Millworks lay flooring and we'd recommend to anyone.

Millworks Pekin installed our floors in March 2019, and we could not have had a better experience. They're clearly experts.from their product knowledge to installation to how best to clean/maintain our floor. Their pricing is also very competitive. Looking forward to working with them again next year when we continue our house renovation!

Millworks installed hardwoods in our living room and bedroom last week. The installers, Scott and Matt, were courteous, professional, and all around great guys. We love the finished product and are contemplating putting in more hardwood. Jenni and Dan in the showroom were extremely helpful and Scott who came out to measure was fantastic as well. I would highly recommend Millworks!

Rick Butler and his team traveled all the way to Edwardsville, IL to install hardwood throughout our entire home. They were professional, courteous, friendly and always on time. They kept the house and their workspace clean as they installed the floors. They also took the time to clean the floors following installation which made for a beautiful finished product. We are so appreciative of their hardwork and would recommend Pekin Millworks to anyone!

We were very happy with both the help we received in choosing our floor, as well as the installation and quality of wood! We made endless trips into the store initially, as we needed much guidance and education about types and styles of hardwood and what would work in our home! We were met with patience and helpful information each time. We appreciated that the installation crew was not subbed out. They did a beautiful job, were friendly and courteous, and cleaned up each day before they left! We would highly recommend Millworks of Pekin!

Very happy with our decision to go with Millworks! Love that they have their own labor, not contracted out like all of the other places we looked at. Becky was the most amazing and patient consultant while my indecisive mind tried to figure out what it was that I wanted in my home. She offered suggestions for cost savings too - not something that you often find! Install was quick and professional. A couple of small issues were very quickly addressed. Customer service is second to none!

We are very happy with the job that Matt and Dean did in our bedroom and hall. They took extra care to arrange the wood, mixing dark to light colors with medium scattered between, just the way we wanted. They also matched the hall to the bedroom at the other end of the hall, that was already done in the same hardwood. I still don't know how they were able to do that! Matt made a piece to fix the difference in height between the bathroom tile floor and the hall!
It looks wonderful! I am very particular about the way things are done in our house, and they did things the way I would have done them, if I were doing it. They also were very neat and clean about their work, cleaning up after themselves. I can't say enough about either of them to express my deep appreciation of the great job they did, and all the while, being very concerned about what we wanted, and being very kind and courteous. Very nice and talented young men that were a joy to have in our home!

I haven't written many poor reviews of companies on Yelp, but feel compelled to let others know of the poor experience in service, truth in approach, and customer service overall when having hardwood floors installed in my home. With taking you through the detailed experience, I had to hire certified flooring inspectors, have the manufacturers rep out to the house, and hire n attorney to only partially resolve my issues. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
