Michael's Floor Covering

Our floors were bought from there, but we were not the people who purchase it. We were just looking to buy another box just in case we needed it. They are nice flooring.

Still getting painters to set date before ordering carpet. Should be by end of month. Thanks.

Approximately four years ago we had Michael's Floor Covering Inc cover all non-bedroom areas with wood flooring. This year we decided to complete the installation to all rooms that remained with carpeting. Michael's sales personnel were easily able to match the original Brazilian Cherry product used for the earlier installation. And, as our luck would have it the same two exceptional installers Ray and Dillon were available to complete the job.

The entire project this time took four whole days to complete the installation. All material was brought to the house a few days prior to installation to get acclimatized. Ray and Dillon worked tirelessly throughout timing their infrequent short breaks exemplifying exceptional teamwork. All furniture, mostly heavy solid wood dressers, night tables, book cases, beds and miscellaneous chairs and such were moved as if it was their own. And, when returned to the original location they were careful to insure proper floor protectors were in place. We send our hearty thanks to Ray and Dillon for another job for us exceptionallly well done. You are both an important credit to Michael's Floor Covering Inc.

Product is great! Installation was fast! I tried to save some money and do the quarter round trim myself since the job was already over $5000 for 565 square feet of vinyl plank, moving furniture and tearing out old floor. Big mistake they left an interior wall swinging from side to side with no support and cut the molding in that same room where quarter round wasn't even an option. Thank God that I was able to do the work of shoring up the wall. Don't think that the installers would of did this if I had them installing the trim also.

We used Michael's for a project in our lanai and were completely satisfied with their selections of flooring, and the quality of the install. Highly recommend. February 2021update: went to Michael's again for new flooring in our kitchen-dining area & main bathroom. Excellent product, good price, and an excellent install, once again.

Michael's is reasonably priced for a decent quality flooring. Have always had great service with great products until the last installation, which was placed over top vinyl that had a past water leak with mold showing through and the corner lifting up. The jobs price was to remove old vinyl and put down new. Also the installer used a box cutter blade to slice an approx 1 slice in the center to allow the gas/air to escape allowing another access for water to enter.

This was in a laundry area. Disappointing. UPDATE: This Company reviewed and corrected the problem by reinstalling all new flooring with a different well qualified, polite, neat and clean crew. Beautiful job. Will use Michael's again and recommend them to others. 8/2018 Had a issue with a previous installation that Michael's totally corrected. Had Michael's install vinyl flooring in a bathroom and laundry room of a rental property this month and received Fast, Friendly, Professional service from the start with the quote to the finish with the installation team.
