Anthony and his guys do great work. From the start Anthony was knowledge about the floors I had(prefinished red oak). During the process he even explained the lip on prefinished floors and the process of sanding down to reduce the gap in the wood. I also gave him a few colors and his guys laid out samples. He also communicated different options & pricing when it came to redoing the stairs. Before he left we inspected the floors and touched up any spots that had imperfections. I'm really happy with the way it came out.

Anthony and his team did a fantastic job refinishing the floors in my apartment. Anthony came to the apartment to provide an estimate, which was very reasonable, and patiently and professionally answered all of the questions that I had throughout the process. Anthony and his team finished the project ahead of schedule and took great care in ensuring that the apartment was clean of all work-related dust and debris. A+++ quality work. Anthony and team were tremendous. Very professional and always on time. I had 5 rooms, 2 hallways, and a set of stairs sanded, and recoated. They took their time and turned my floors which had been covered by carpeting into what looks like brand new wood. There were multiple places with wood damaged by water that look completely restored. Anthony and the guys were also great personally and would recommend to anyone looking to update their floors.

I couldn't find anyone to help me out with sanding and finishing my empty apartment. As soon as I called lotus flooring got a person on the phone and scheduled a estimate for the next day. Staff was very knowledgeable and very courteous with all my needs. They had all the knowledge and experience of a company that has been around 50 years which I wasn't expecting for the low price so I thought to my self I hope the work looks good well let me tell you it's great They went over and beyond my expectations. This is the second time using Lotus. Anthony was able restore my floors back to new. Amazing with pet stains. They needed to add in a new wood panel and it blended in perfectly. Will definitely use their service again in the future. Services: Sanding, Repair flooring

I contacted Lotus flooring, the owner Anthony quickly and professionally returned my call. I needed his services ASAP he provided me with great service with in 2 days of my call. His employees were professional and knowledgeable. I have nothing negative to say only praise.

I had a emergency to move my parents in my apartment in two days. The day I called and keep in mind I was not intown but he still went to my apartment and FaceTime me, he was there in a couple hours. Gave my a great quote and started the following day and his team was on time, great energy, they have there own machines not rented and finished the job basically in a day, came back the next day for finishing touches.

Anthony from lotus flooring is nothing but amazing. He came to my house to give me an estimate. He took his time to explain and show me how everything will be done when I asked. Very kind, respectful and Knowledgeable. He came back to my house two months later because I had some questions about maintenance and future projects around the house, which again he continued to not only meet but surpass my expectations when I asked questions. the work he did was great and I love it.

I was a little skeptical at first because I said this company has 5 stars from every review something is up but when you meet the owner himself, you will understand why he gets 5 stars because of his outstanding customer service and his attention to detail. I'm sorry that I didn't get the opportunity to write a review much sooner. I had my steps done a few months ago. Had the carpet removed along with layers of paint. The labor took a few hours because of all of the previous damage but I was wowed by the outcome. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of flooring.

Lotus Floors came out looked at the hard wood floors to be done. The price was competitive for the work to be done and he delivered on a finished product that am happy with. Refinished floors make the place look great. I would recommend this company.

Lotus flooring is a top notch flooring company, and Anthony is very skilled at his trade. I'm a contractor and They recently turned some of the worst looking floors I seen into beautiful hardwoods. Their prices are very reasonable also.
