A caveat about Karndean flooring. It looks great until it wears through. Forget about their lifetime residential warranty because no one gets back to resolve a problem. Two customer forms submitted through their site went unanswered. Online chat gave contact info for rep in my area. He didn't handle my location & said he'd pass on my info to the right person. Weeks went by with no response. Went back to Karndean online chat.
She gave my info to another rep. He wrote, but I haven't heard back since our initial emails on 2/3. Left VM on 2/17 & 2/23. No response. The store where I purchased & who installed, no longer carries Karndean so I have to deal with directly with Karndean. Well, good luck there. All I'm asking for is replacement planks & for them to honor the warranty, but no one appears to care about customer service. Only two of us in the house (not that that should matter) & I've only used Karndean products to clean the floor. I discourage anyone from purchasing Karndean.

Best laminated (LVT) in the market. Pricing is very reasonable the showroom is incredible. They even have tools that can reveal a room you have in a picture that shows you how it will look after. The company is great and we use their products time and time again and if issues araise they are here to work with you and have a wealth of knowledge. Luxury vinyl tile. (LVT)
