Can't say enough nice things - we called and Brett answered! Selection to choose from, offered his professional experience and set us up to get new flooring. They were there when they said they'd be there and cleaned up everything. Just an overall excellent experience. We will definitely use Hemphill's again.

Brett and Monica were both very helpful through the process of selecting a carpet based on their experience and quizzing me on some things like where it would be used and what sort of decorating theme it would be incorporated in to. They were able to help navigate me through the MANY in-house samples, provided a number of suggestions and were ever so patient with me as I came to my final selection.

They have so much product to choose from, it was not easy! I loved that they could order samples to be mailed to my home to see colors with my lighting, paint colors, etc. Brett had a great team of installers that were super efficient and very tidy. I could not be more pleased with the results and I highly recommend Hemphill's for any of your flooring needs!

Brett and his team are top notch. They helped me find the perfect carpet--at a price that saved me thousands compared to the other options I was looking at. Brett came out to my house to measure and estimate on a moment's notice, and when I told him I was ready to move forward, he made arrangements to install the carpet ASAP prior to moving my family in to our new home.
