We had been to several flooring stores and none were very helpful in pointing us in a direction or giving info on the various options. Hall's was the polar opposite of that. Dana was super in helping us pick out flooring & carpet and was great to work with. The install went great and on time. We had a water issue 24 hrs after the carpet was installed and Dana/Hall's recommended a great company to help get the carpet saved. Carpet Pros.

Very helpful, and very quick, professional. They saved the carpet and the sub floor and also saved us a lot of $$ on total replacement. We don't do flooring replacement often, but if we ever need anything else we will certainly go back to Hall's flooring.

Sales representative in-store was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to carefully listen and suggest solutions. Purchase process could not have been easier, and the installation was done by an experienced team who were courteous and careful. We could not be happier with the end product.

I chose Hall's Flooring to replace my hardwood floor with vinyl flooring and I was very pleased. My sales person, Gregg Rinder, was very knowledgeable and courteous and kept me informed each step of the process. The installation crew arrived on time and was spot on.

Very much enjoyed working with Jacqueline on recarpeting our upstairs. She was very willing to help with no sales pressure and made sure we took home enough samples to make a decision. Installation was done a few days early and the guys installing were friendly and quick and carpet looks great.

We ordered a Custom Area Rug that was delivered with a Stain. I contacted Halls Flooring by phone and email but no one resolved our issue, in fact no one from Management would even talk to us about the problem. We have filed a BBB complaint. We expected better from Halls as we were past customers.

I hired Hall's to install hardwood floors on the second floor of our new home. Mr. Rinder is extremely knowledgeable about the products and product lines in the industry and his installation crew consists of top-notch craftsman, who were also extremely considerate and professional. I could not be happier with the floors. Mr. Rinder guided me to the ideal product and his team did the rest. The floors are gorgeous and have transformed the rooms. I plan on enjoying the grain and color of the hardwoods for years to come.

Do NOT use unless you want to basically set your money on fire. DO NOT USE. After initial install of wool carpet it looked wavy- the installer that put it in said he has seen this before and it was the padding our sales guy choose (the recommended one for the carpet) so we changed it. We did want a more plush padding anyways. However the sales guy said it wasn't that and the felt padding would be fine- but again we wanted softer padding.

He said it just needed to settle (spoiler alert: It's STILL wavy and it was installed months ago and they came out to steam the rooms but "forgot" to do certain rooms) we changed out all the padding THEN the company tried to blame the issues on the padding now. When the issues were there with the padding in the first place (issues listed below). the wavy ness was JUST the start of our problems: -carpet coming lose on the edges -carpet lifting in the center of the room - still the wave in the carpet they blamed it on the house /padding which the carpet that had been taken up before fit perfectly and didn't have any issues (it was the exact same type of wool carpet, just a different color) so no the issue is the poor workmanship/the company not caring. Eventually, They had a different installer come out to give his perspective on the install and only said there was nothing wrong with the install and that my eyes were lying, even though I was physically lifting the edge of the carpet off the floor (due to not being tacked down).

I asked this particular installer to leave my house because it was clear he wasn't going to address any issues and then he became adamant he wasn't leaving. I told him I would call the cops if he didn't leave and still he refused and told me to call the cops. Ultimately, he left at the direction of the salesman. For an installer to refuse to leave an owner's home at their request is unexplainable and I think is something everyone should be aware of before using this company. So now after A LOT of money spent on this terrible carpet job and padding, we are having to replace it because it's SO BAD. RUN AWAY. Do not use this company.

I'll be honest I'm a little surprised by the reviews here because I had a great experience with Hall's. My husband and I were renovating our home and needed new carpet for 3 bedrooms and some closets. We had looked around at other places, had tons of carpet samples, and nothing really felt like what we were looking for. We stopped in here one weekend to browse and Gregg helped us out and gave us some information on carpets.

They have a great selection compared to anywhere else we went and we really liked the Karastan carpets that they carry. They also had a great sale going on, which was a nice surprise. Gregg helped us check out some samples that we were able to take home-and large ones, not the tiny 8x8", which was much more helpful to visualize the carpet in our space.

We liked the carpet but not the colors, so he helped us track down some other colors to try. Gregg came out to measure our rooms and got us a quote that same day. I was impressed by their pricing-it was similar to "discount" places we had gotten quotes from but I felt like the quality of the product was far better. We really needed our install by a certain date and Gregg was able to make that happen. Honestly once we put down our deposit and made the appointment it almost felt too easy.

On install day their guys showed up on time, it was a father and son team, and they were a delight to work with. They were quick and professional and took good care of the space they were working in. I was nervous about seams and baseboards since we were going with a lower pile carpet than we had but I think everything turned out great. At the end, the invoice they had had the wrong total price, but they said not to worry and just to call the store to get it sorted out.

We were able to drop off a check the next week. Working with Hall's was by far one of the easiest parts of our renovation and I'd definitely recommend checking them out if you're on the hunt for quality flooring.

Visited this location for assistance with sample review in person. The staff is less than helpful as they had samples to view but couldn't reference the Mohawk item number in their system. The rep clearly didn't want to help me because he knew I wasn't going to purchase the carpet from him, only purchase a sample. If you're looking for "service", don't go here.

Hired Hall's Flooring to install Karndean vinyl planks in several floors rooms of my condo (kitchen, entry, 2 bathrooms). The glue they used is seeping upward through the seams of the planks leaving a sticky mess. No help forthcoming from them to resolve this installation issue.

I hate to give this store a bad review, but their customer service is horrible! It's unfortunate because they have gorgeous rugs and remnants.

I had a great experience with Hall's Flooring. We needed a stair runner installed because we have very narrow/tall stairs and the folks at Hall's made it an easy process. My salesman was Brandon and he helped me pick out a carpet from the outlet warehouse (very reasonably priced-they have tons to choose from out there); after I picked it out, Brandon came out to take measurements within 1 week and we had it installed within 1 month (they were able to fit me in before Christmas-I was so thrilled)! Our installer was Tim and he was very efficient/professional. The finished product is beautiful and high quality.

We recently moved into a new house and I used Halls for all of our rug and carpet needs. The sales person I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me pick carpets within my budget and provided a timely quote. The installlers were on time and did a great job installing our wall to wall carpet. They were careful with our furniture and even moved an old rug into an adjacent room for us at no extra charge.

We now have four rugs and carpets from this place, all picked out and installed at different times! It's because of their service and their products that keep me coming back to them!

Just stopped by Hall's with my wife who has purched other rugs there. The folks there Dennis, Dan, and Brandon could not be nicer, or more helpful. Brandon brought our carpets out and loaded into our SUV.

Avoid this place at all costs. To say their customer service is terrible is an understatement. My wife and I tried on multiple occasions to give this place our business but they would not respond and then when we finally got ahold of the sales agent he was unprofessional. We sent multiple emails to which we got ZERO response. We ended up having to go into the store to get ahold of the agent.

After that visit we sent three more follow on emails asking how to move forward but they refused to respond. After I called the store, Brandon finally sent my wife an email telling us we need to pay in advance of install but his email lacked any sort of instructions on how we were to make the payment. That was the last straw, I was not going to give my money to this business. Warner's Rugs carries the exact brands as Hall's and they were happy to come give us a quote. We signed their contract on the spot and they will be here in two weeks to install the job. In summary, Hall's sucks. Stay away.

It's unfortunate for me that I at least like someone to say hello to me or ask if I need assistance when I walk in someplace. I walked around for awhile & browsed through the carpets & rugs. They have a nice selection and I wanted to buy something & tried to make eye contact, but, oh well, no luck. See you never Hall's Flooring.
