Is shop-at-home your preference? With Sample Select, you'll have access to free professional samples designed for in-home sales. Impress your customers with your wide range of carpet, hardwood, and hard surface offerings. Next-Day Pickup takes the stress out of last-minute jobs. If stocked in the distribution center, next-day availability will allow you to turn the job around within 24 hours. Simply order an item by 3:00 pm, and it will be ready for pick up by 11:00 am the next business day at your local branch.
No need to rent a cargo van, make multiple trips, or drive overloaded. We "Make it Easy" by offering job site delivery services within the General Floor trading geography. In addition, delivery is also available in select outlying areas. Unfortunately, due to various licenses and permit requirements, we are unable to deliver to New York State / New York City.
Although the word 'claim' has a negative undertone, we feel that our ability to dedicate professionals to claims, facilitate, and follow-up results in a positive experience for the General Floor account holder and the consumer/end-user. Our Claims Department is not a collection of part-time sales or administrative associates.

Horrible. Bought a new house that needed carpet. They told me it would take 2 weeks to get in. So at 1 week and 6 days I tore up old carpet. It took another month after that for it to arrive. So my 7 month pregnant wife and 2 year old were forced to live at her parents until 1 week before she had baby. The installer was excellent and worked nights to get it installed and did a great job.
After 2 weeks carpet strands started to pull up in 3 different rooms. They sent someone over to look at it and basically told us they would do nothing to fix it. So 2600 dollars later I have a junk carpet that left me homeless and will need replaced after a year. Worst business I have ever dealt with. Not sure how they are still open to be honest. I would never deal with them again.
