Gardner's Flooring & Furniture

Recently purchased a washing machine from Gardner's. It was delivered to their business with some light visible damage to the exterior of the machine. In my opinion, there was most likely no other damage to the machine and I could have excepted it as it was and never had a problem with it. However, I felt since we were paying for a brand new machine with no issues we should get a brand new machine with no issues. Gardner's were good with it and ordered me a new machine even though they would be stuck with the one with minor damage.

They delivered and installed the new washer and gave a quick tutorial on how to operate it. They were very good to work with and we will be back in the future! Thank you Gardner's! Highly recommend!

A wonderful out of the way store - carpets, appliances and home furnishings. Friendly and competent assistance. Unfortunately prices are non competitive by a significant margin - would have loved to buy from a local business but can't justify a 40% premium.

This co cares about there customers and will resolve a problem if you do have one also they will stand behind the warranty great place to shop

We have purchased some very nice pieces here for a decent price. The communication and customer service is suspect, however. Sample items in showroom may not be representative of what is actually available in terms of color, style, or price. I enjoy the Sunny Designs products that Gardners carries, though I have had mixed results as far as their durability is concerned.

Took them weeks to install our carpet. They started and stopped and came back two weeks later. Fees were added without any prior notice.

Over all excellent experience buy bed. And delivered bedpew they date they gave.
