Floors of Wood is owned and operated by Kris Outland in Arroyo Grande, California. Kris was born and raised right here on the Central Coast and has the same strong work ethic the Outland family is known for. Floors of Wood was founded in 1993 and has decades of combined experience refinishing and installing hardwood flooring systems. We work hard to stay current with products and procedures that get the most out of your hardwood floors. Our dustless sanding system is state of the art. We also sell hardwood floor products and materials to contractors and do-it-yourself individuals.

Floors of Wood did a beautiful job restoring our 100 year old floors, they had been covered in black paint and tile for a long time! Floors of Wood didn't mess around with us try and offset or delay our job like other floor companies. We trusted them with our time, home, and money and they did a great job.
