My first time to store in Timonium. after driving around from at least four home improvement store's and tiles stores, I had enough and so I went to Floor Etc., and found what I need only because nice woman in entrance way turn me on to Alex in warehouse and he went out of his way to hunt whole warehouse to get me what I needed. JUST don't get people like that anymore.

After looking at a few places for tiles we ended up buying most of them of from floors etc outlet. We had a great experience there. The staff was very nice and helpful and they had a nice selection of things. We were able to buy it the same day and didnt have to slow down our renovation plans. Highly recommend!

Alex was/is wonderful! He is responsive and goes above and beyond. I wasn't sure if color before spending over $200 in shipping, so he worked with me to make sure. You can't find customer service like this anymore.not to mention pricing. I'm not just being southern woman kind, this guy is the real deal!

This is the best floor outlet I have ever come across. Alex was very helpful in selecting the best tiles. He even gave me some samples to take home which helped facilitate my decision. They have quality Italian tiles that Costs less that Home Depot. This place is definitely a hidden gem! Thank you Floors Etc Outlet!

Great price and exceptional customer service start to finish. Floors Etc Outlet was one of the few places I could find a particular tile I wanted, and (strangely) one of the only companies I could find that would take responsibility for any damage to the tiles before/during shipping. This turned out to be important because some tiles in the first shipment were broken - but within just a couple of days, FEO sent a fresh shipment of replacement tiles at no extra cost and they arrived in perfect condition. I can't say it enough: fantastic service. Thank you!
