Essex-Silver Line

We've been refurbishing a 240,000 SF mill for the past six years. Bringing these old growth wood floors back to life has been a labor of love. The silver line S8 is our work horse. We had an issue and I called the company directly. They identified the problem in a five minute phone call and sent me excellent online videos. I pulled the fan and found the inside caked with greasy dust. Gave it a good cleaning and it's working like new again. Thanks so much for your fantastic customer service - those videos are clear and on point! Back to work.

I had a problem with a floor sanding machine from Silver Line. I wrote an email describing the problem and got an immediate reply with clear instructions and a maintenance bulletin which allowed me, a total newbie, to fix the problem and get the machine up and running again. Exceptional service. John is fantastic!

I've done flooring for 20 years. I started with an Essex Silverline Pro 8. When the crash came in 2008 I had to sell it. I recently started doing flooring again and have been renting the 110s from a big box store and I couldn't get the job done with it. I got in touch with John at Silverline and he directed me to Gloucester Party and Equipment Rental and I was able to rent an Essex Silverline 110 which John explained was a totally different drum sander from what you get at the big box stores.

The two machines were like night and day, but I can't wait to get my hands on a Pro 8. Essex Silverline really IS the manufacturer of the world's finest floor sanders. Thanks John!

Just bought an edger sander plus accessories. John was very helpful with selecting the right equipment at the right price range. Order shipped promptly and complete, and they clearly know how their products need to be packaged to arrive without damage. The sander is a total beast, making quick work of serious sanding. Customer service is above and beyond. Called after hours to order some parts and not only did John call me, but since he was going to be out of the office he prepped my order. We have been using their equipment in our rental fleet for +30 years with minimal issues. This equipment is built to last.

We have specialized in wood floor refinishing for 35 years and have owned and used Essex Silver Line machinery from the beggining. These machines, drum sanders, edgers, buffers etc. are extremely reliable. It is amazing how little maintenance they require. The guys there were also very generous in helping me learn how to run these machines back when I first started. We've been dealing with this company for over 16 years. We've never had any issues. Customer service is always great. Our machines are over 16 years old and still running strong. Parts are cheap and reliable and shipping is always quick. Can't complain! All around good company! (We own 8 Silver-Line sanders!)

Beware of this company sell used for new got rip off. my name is carlos ramirez the owner of all nations flooring and construction with 35 years of experience in the flooring bussiness along with 2 other family members i made the mistake to order from this co a new sanding edger which i pay with a bank of america credit card for the extra security because now in days many companys sells used equipment for new which is my case with this co as soon as we received the machine we tried it for the first time 3 different operator determine that that machine had no power and jump all over the place which is a sign of a used and very abuse machine. wrote bank of america to get my money back and return it some how bank of america became and expert in the floor sanding machines and side with this co am stuck with a 1500.00 worthless piece of equipment way to go bank of america way to go silver line co.
