Jennifer and her team are absolutely outstanding. We were in a bit of pinch with our kitchen remodel and with relatively short notice, Jennifer and her team were able to accommodate our schedule. We ended up replacing our entire first floor hardwoods and we absolutely love how them came out. We chose quarter sawn white oak and it is beautiful. As far as contractors go, Jennifer is just one of the best to work with and we would highly recommend her.

Elegant did a great job and I would recommend them. From the initial bid, to planning/prep, and refinishing the floors they were prompt and clear with communication. Elegant Hardwood Floors installed new hardwood floors in our main floor entryway, living room, great room, hall and stairs--including weaving new wood into our existing hardwood in the kitchen--and then sanded and stained it all a gorgeous and classic mid-tone. The weave is seamless. Jose and crew did a fantastic job. You cannot even tell where the old wood ends and the new begins.

Everyone who sees our floors is amazed by what a beautiful job they did. Jennifer was super responsive and helpful through the entire process. She answered all of my questions and resolved any concerns that came up. Even if she couldn't answer my questions right away, she would text me to let me know that she got them and when she would be able to reply.

She is extremely knowledgeable and I trusted her completely. Bonus: they undercut the baseboards and even our brick fireplace so the baseboards did not have to be removed/broken/reinstalled and the wood goes right under the fireplace so it looks like it is original to the home instead having a transition piece from the floor to the brick. Getting rid of our carpet and the orange stain on the original wood has completely transformed our entire living area.

The new floor is the number one thing people comment on when they come in our home. We are so pleased with the work Elegant Hardwood Floors did in our home and highly recommend them!

Excellent experience working with Elegant Hardwood Floors. They refinished three rooms of oak flooring and the result was absolutely beautiful. Jennifer, the owner, gave me a competitive bid and solid advice, Juan knows his craft and was careful with the work, and both were responsive to concerns or questions. To top off an already great job, Jennifer was honest about the work they had done and charged less than the original bid. I couldn't have asked for more and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I love our new floors! Jennifer and Daniel were great, very professional, very on time, very easy to work with, great communication. We scheduled the install date several months out, and I couldn't believe it when they were exactly right on time; I figured some other job would get behind or some overlapping scheduling might happen that far out, but they were on the dot.

She recommended a change from our original plan which at first I wasn't thrilled about, but turned out *perfectly* in the end and I'm very thankful we listened to her advice. The floors are gorgeous, I love the stain, and we are so happy. I feel like it's the first great decision I've ever made about a house project. I don't even want to put furniture back in the rooms, I just want to look at the floor.

Elegant Hardwood Floors was great to work with! Jennifer was always responsive and started and finished on time. They installed new red oak in our family room and sanded/stained clear coat on other half of home. I wanted to get rid of the ugly orange/yellow color from the red oak so they applied a clear water based coating. We still need to install new floors in our bedroom, see picture of the old and new floors. Our floors look fabulous! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to refinish or install new floors.

Dude, these guys rock. We are going through a kitchen remodel and this has been the best company to work with so far. On time, responsive, great work, incredible communication and very professional. Wow, I have to give a big shout out to Daniel who worked tirelessly for 5 days straight. At times I thought he was slacking but in the end, I could see he was working on my floor as if it were his own, he took such great pride and did all the little things to make it beautiful. I am so pleased and excited about the work he did on my floors. When trying to decide on the final stain, he was very professional and told me a few things I probably didn't want to hear but I took his advice and was blown away at the results. I would absolutely hire him again, he was so good, he gave the company a good name, I will refer them 100 times. Thank you to Daniel.my man!
