Good product choices - very nice people - good shopping experience

John-Michael and Christine have been such a pleasure to work with. They were able to show us many different types of flooring within our budget and were able to come up with flooring that both my husband and I loved. We were renovating an old cabin, so did not want anything that looked too modern but also wanted the floors to complement the newly updated kitchen.

During the process of finding the final finish for the floor, John-Michael worked tirelessly for us to match the look we had originally chosen as the exact finish was no longer available. He even helped us figure out how to stain the "bucks" (wood around windows set in log), to have a similar tone as the floor and not the typical orange-red that the wood looks like raw. We are so pleased with the final product and the professionalism of Edelweiss wood flooring!

John-Michael and the Edelweiss team were amazing. They have a huge knowledge of the flooring options suited to the harsh Telluride environment (I could not find a straight answer about this online). They helped me pick the right flooring for my condo, and it arrived in about a week - so quick! I was very happy with my experience, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We purchased the wood flooring for our new apartment in Telluride from Edelweiss and were beyond pleased with the product. The flooring is even more beautiful than what it looked like in the pictures on their amazing website. We live in Florida so all was done remotely and John Michael and Christine were very helpful throughout the choosing, ordering and delivery process of the material. Great experience with the purchase of our flooring The advice we received on a sound barrier was extremely helpful and worked well John Michael is very knowledgable and when our floor needed to be sanded down, due to a housekeeping error regarding the care of the floor he stepped in an provided us with great advice. John Michael was able to provide contacts for professionals to provide services regarding the installation, maintenance, and refinishing of our floor more than 10 years after we purchased it from him.

All Employees are always happy to answer calls and questions years later, makes you feel like you are a life long customer John Michael shared cleaning tips and supply knowledge with our rental company to prevent any future floor care errors and they stock many of the cleaning products we need to keep our floor looking great. We love the look and feel of the floor, it has worn very well for the type of use it receives as a rental in a ski area. John Michael is a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of the floor, you know he loves what he does and enjoys sharing his passion for wood floors in every interaction we've had. If we ever add more or change our wood floor, we wouldn't hesitate to reach out to John Michael again!

We love our new Hickory floors! We selected hickory because it's the hardest toughest wearing with our large dog and his large paws, and added an Edelweiss touch with custom milled circle saw texture for a reclaimed look. Install, stained and finished by my talented husband, his first ever floor. I'll post again once we're fully done with all new doors and trim!
