DZ Flooring certified professional arrived on time and gave us advice about our hardwood floors. Other flooring companies just wanted to sand them right away. Inspector measured floors with some professional instruments and took time to explain us why it is a bad idea. After a few months, he remeasured conditions and at that time we were ready to sand and finish floors. The finished product is beautiful. It's like a brand new floor!
We had used D&Z Flooring before to refinish the original floors in the kitchen and they did also an excellent job. When it came time to remodel the kitchen, we ripped up four layers of linoleum to get to the original maple floor. It looked absolutely beyond repair, just horrendous. I was skeptical that anything could be salvaged. but within 48 hours we had a beautiful floor.
